Ulasan Anantara Kalutara Resort

Отдыхали в начале августа. Это не сезон. Пляж есть рядом с отелем, но в нём купаться нельзя! Только можно смотреть на красивый закат сидя на берегу! Все туристические локации ОЧЕНЬ далеко, берите на заметку! Персонал приветливый, все улыбаются. Уборка в комнате 50/50, постель меняют только когда ты скажешь, халаты тоже не обновляют, тапочки одноразовые прилагаются только тоже единожды ( нам ничего не меняли), только надо обязательно сказать. Для меня было странно, что каждый раз, персонал трогал мои вещи, на туалетном столике косметику (и видно что они протерли пыл поверхностно, но всё равно трогали) , либо на диване или кровати, они трогали мои вещи, это отвратительно! Мне приходилось всегда контролировать, не оставила ли я что-то не на своём месте и думать о том, будет ли трогать это персонал! Вещи просто лежат на стуле, они их сложат по своему! Или на диване лежат вещи, они положат их по-другому!!!! И ещё, мы заметили, что вода которая разлита по бутылкам, скорее всего разливается в эти сосуды повторно, потому что стеклянные бутылки все «заюзанные», что подвергается сомнению наполнения (откуда это вода?!). На счет питания, для кого как… Я ела только фрукты/йогурт и яичница, остальное всё безвкусно. Ужин 55$ ( у нас не был включен), вот он своих денег не стоит, всё отвратительно! Кроме лепешек которые они сами делают и фруктов😄 Молодой человек питался местной кухней, они её конечно могут готовить, а привычную еду (европейскую) конечно не очень вкусно готовят. Но а так как рядом не туристическая локация в котором расположен отель, то выбора в ресторанах и кафе - нет. Приходилось отдавать 55$ и есть что есть. Похудели на -3кг за 6 дней 🤪 СПАСИБО! ☺️

安納塔拉的酒店一如既往穩定的奢華+服務好，孩子們也很喜歡裏面的攀巖和滑索活動。最贊歎的是她們的入住和離店儀式，滿滿的熱情和儀式感。還有幸觀摩了酒店為蘭卡獨立76週年舉辦的小而精緻的慶典活動，是個適合度假的有海又有瀉湖美景的很安靜的海邊酒店。

作為一個安納塔拉，就是各方面的標準的都到位了，酒店很漂亮，工作人員很友善，小童俱樂部的小姐姐NADEESHANI，非常的耐心，孩子們都非常喜歡和她玩，整個酒店讓人舒服自在

酒店十分美麗。前台小哥特別熱情，代我們在酒店最好的view去拍照。入住和離店都有儀式，超讚。酒店有好幾個餐廳，口味很好。另外也有很多酒店的活動可以預訂：沙灘排球、森林瑜伽、溜索等

２日間1人での滞在。 ➕ スタッフみんながフレンドリー。 朝食ブッフェの品数。洋食、スリランカ料理、インド料理なんでもあるので毎日飽きない。 プールが２つあるので、混み合わなくていい。 ジムや毎日のプログラムがあり、朝と夕方のトレーニングに参加しましたが、私しかいなかったのでマンツーマンで教えていただきとても楽しかった。 掃除の方がとてもフレンドリー。 部屋も広々していて、鳥の声も聞こえてよかった。 近くのビーチでの夕日が毎日見ることができたこと。 ➖ 夜に少しだけお酒と何かをつまみたいと思った時に、イタリアンレストランは閉まっていて、バーを利用しようとしたところ、あまりベジタリアンやビーガンの選択肢がなかった。 周りは何もない。 近くのビーチは波が高すぎて泳ぐことはできない。

房間寬敞 設施齊全 環境巨美 服務人員各個都很有禮貌，就算不出酒店 也可以帶孩子玩的很開心

很喜歡的酒店風格，有特色細節，很有設計感；就是亞洲飲食很少，都是東南亞風味，中國胃的話有點選擇少。總體滿意

到達的時候感受很不好，因為一直説查不到預訂記錄，等了1個小時，後面和攜程聯繫，對方的負責人才出現，升級了房間，還送了晚餐，還是攜程靠譜。酒店整體很大，靠海的房間視野還可以，餐飲基本符合預期，衹吃了蝦🦐，第二天離開時，有很多公司在這邊團建，人超級多，還是很local的一家酒店。

Fantastic 10 day stay; this is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. We stayed in a Villa initially, but then asked for an ocean view suite, which was perfect to see and hear the sea and beach from the top floor. We took trips to Galle, a tea plantation, the Bawa brothers houses and gardens, a water safari and Jeep safari, all arranged by the hotel. All amazing. Staff who really went above & beyond: Eranga, Sanga and Yeshan. Thank you.

The stay was absolutely amazing and Heshan who was taking care of us during our lunch time was great and we loved his service The room and the welcome was great too which we really appreciated me and my wife. Pool was amazing the food was great. Hopefully will be back again

The hospitality is out of the world. Special thanks to Roshi and Anne. These girls are assets. My room number and name was always remembered. Amazing pool. All meals were excellent. The fruits were amazing and it’s really hard to find fault here. Thanks.

I would defentely recommend the resort. You've al of facilities and you definitely can't get bored! The resort and rooms are clean and the staff is really really friendly. Thank you Mr. Pubudu and staff for making it pleasant and wonderful for us.

What makes a place stand out is the personal touch to detail. We certainly experienced this at the Anantara Resort in Kalutara. Guests are greeted by female dancers dressed in traditional attire and one cannot help feel very special by this greeting as you enter the resort. Complimentary cold pressed face towels along with hibiscus tea with a touch of cinnamon refresh you in the humidity. The ambience of the location is pure serenity and one has a choice of beach vs lagoon. Our room faced the ocean and watching the sunset was a treat from our own balcony. A walk around the premises offer some bird watching opportunities and the layout of the boardwalk embraces you along the lagoon. The catering staff have indeed learned how to attend to your culinary needs and tantalise your taste buds with suggestions from the buffet. We were made to feel at home amongst many guests and although our stay was for the weekend, we did feel a sense of connection with the staff who's smiles and approachability is unique to this resort. Our appreciation and thanks go to Mahesha who welcomed us so warmly and was very patient in answering our questions about our stay. Udeni, the hopper extraordinaire who made the crispiest hoppers, especially the most delicious pani hoppers I've had. To Kalana, Koshitha, Nadun, Anne and Deepak who were at our service when we needed verification about food preferences and fill ups of cold and warm water to keep hydrated. Our plates and cups were replenished with a great combination of food and I definitely would love to revisit this beautiful resort at some point in the future. Recommend this gem to those who simply want a place away from the bustle and hustle of city life...

This is one of the fabulous stays so far. Nice hotel in a nice location with beach. Spacious rooms with lots of amenities. Great food and activities to top up the stay. Also friendly staff attending the details of your needs. Specially I want to thank Krish go went extra mile helping and catering to our needs. Answering our calls during his off time also. We will come back soon
