Ulasan Iris Hotel

For the price you pay, don't expect too high on this hotel it's a 2 star. The room is not big, and the shower and toilet are not separated. However, the location is good, near the Stadium MRT and near Kajang town. There is a mama store right behind the hotel.

The facilities are very nice, the services are excellent Location are good and of courses are affordable

Worst hotel, came with my family. The room looks big in the picture but super small in actual. The two queen bed just fill up entire room space. We need to pray on the bed. Checkout after 1 hour checkin. I had to find other hotel for my family. Totally waste my money

Checked in around 6pm and found public parking easily just outside the hotel. However, the receptionist was quite unfriendly and rude, with no smile at all during check in. Check out was rather swift by another staff. The mattress and blanket had visible stains, which made me uncomfortable despite them being washed, as they did not have any odor. I felt unsafe due to the lack of additional security measures on the room door, such as a door chain lock, which made me worry about unauthorized access during my sleep. The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear people walking in the corridor, kids running around and even people sneezing in nearby rooms.. Even with the windows and bathroom door closed, I could still smell cigarette smoke entering the room. The hotel's only saving grace is its location. There are plenty of nearby amenities, including a busy mamak stall, Majlis Perbandaran Kajang, police station, the courthouse, eateries like Secret Recipe and Ayam Gepuk, and several tuition centers. This convenience is the only highlight of the stay.

Proses check in check out cepat, tdk ribet. Staff/resepsionis ramah dan sangat membantu Kamar agak sempit, tapi karna hanya utk tidur saja cukuplaah 😁

The bathroom was so terrible. Got black mold everywhere. I don’t think that they even clean up the bathroom everytime people checked out. Right after I check in, the room floor was wet. The towel really thin. Please please take action of this matters!

Pros: Easy check in & out. Staff is friendly. Air cond is cold. Water pressure is good. Cons: Toilet a bit dirty. Hard to park during day. Need to go down to use aircond. Towel is too small. Only for children.

Blood stain on blanket and broken window, others ok je.

Cleanliness , service and Location Good . But WiFi network range is weak unstable connection. That is improvement to become better . Thanks .

Iris Hotel is quite near to the Stadium Kajang, Satay Kajang & MRT Station, just 6-10 min walking distance. The accommodation is quite good and comfy, cleanliness OK, just the towel provided is thin & slightly small. Warm water dispenser and roadside car parking spaces available.

I Booked for 3 nightly, Room Type 1 Queen size Bed + 1 single bed. UPon check in, the receptionist (Chinese guy) very rude. I Feel unhappy.

Given a room opposite to mamak stall. The noise level was intolerable as the window was not fully sealed, can hear people shouting outside and eatery’s operator cleaning the dishes throughout the midnight. There is some hair in the towel which was very nasty. Overall, the experience is quite bad. It’s a big no to light sleepers.
