Fantastic first experience of a EuroParcs with the family. Beautiful lodges, Just Nature 4 superb by the pond. Good food. Expensive drinks. Great location for De Efteling & sand dunes. No AC in our lodge main regret of trip. Friendly helpful staff.

I visited Europarks with mt family and found the park and accommodation to be good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our experience was spoiled, however, by the poor quality of the leisure facilities. The main indoor swimming pool was closed and the outdoor facilities were poor. Play areas and mini-golf were scruffy and did not appear to have been maintained. We felt that the site had not been prepared for early season visitors.

Sadly we have had a horrible experience with EuroParcs. We booked a last minute holiday 2 weeks from start date and then realised one of our passports was expiring in 2 weeks and you need 3 Months or more on your passport to travel from UK to EU. I have been trying to contact EuroParcs daily by email for the last 7 days and am not getting a response. I managed to bite the bullet and telephone them at £2.75 a minute and spoke to a man who said he could see the dates and he’d be happy to change them as could see it was a last minute reservation. He then went on to ask if could I call back tomorrow as his manager was unavailable to approve the change. I explained that it was very expensive to call their help line and was there another way to communicate. He said email would be fine. I have not heard from anyone on the last 5 days and their office is closed today. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR LAST MINUTE TRIPS AS THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT IF YOU NEED TO REVISE YOUR LISTING. WE ARE NOW OUT £600.

Very disappointing. Mini market closed so no way of getting supplies of any sort. Supermarket is drivable but not convenient. No staff to see. Restaurants close when they want so ended up with driving to Mcdonalds!!! Lovely clean accomodation and near the Efteling, they are the positives. They don't tell you things are closed when you book. I know its winter but its not ideal .

This is the worst europarc resort. We stayed for 10 days. Although the chalet is good, most workers in the reception area and the manager are unprofessional, impolite and treat people from other ethnic/religious background with disrespect and insult. They look for extra charge for any reason. Check-in with unclear instructions. Very old bikes. limited indoor play activities. Minimarket has problem in the payment machine. No cleaning service even after check out they want the guests to clean for that ! Or you pay! Very rude behavior during checkout. No respect to their guests. All team members need intensive communication skills to smile, help and serve better. Don’t think to stay here .. better options are out there.

Broken heater, no wifi, broken mattress, no shower or hot tap water for 3 days. Dirty and damp house. Kept a bit warm with emergency heater. Beds not made (paid for). Ugh. Mechanic tried everything but didn't know anymore.

The park was advertised as a fireworks free and therefore dog friendly park. They seem to want to say that the region is also fireworks free. However, this is not the case, you would be allowed to set off fireworks three meters outside the park and so the dog is shaking with every bang. Really very annoying. If you have a dog, I definitely advise against this park.

We had booked three nights at Europark in Holland, full of anticipation for a family holiday with three adults and five children, including two babies. However, we were shocked as soon as we entered the accommodation: the holiday home was in a catastrophic state! There were thick layers of dust everywhere, and there were real balls of dust under the beds. The doors, especially the toilet doors, were dirty, and there were graffiti on the walls of the toilets. In addition, we found dog hair everywhere - on the floor, the furniture and even in the bed linen. The hair ended up in our mouths and the children's mouths - absolutely unacceptable, especially for families with small children. In the downstairs bedroom, right next to the toilet, it was even worse. The room stank so badly that it was impossible to sleep. Despite hours of cleaning and disinfecting together with the cleaner, the bad smell remained in the house. This "holiday" turned into a nightmare, and after two nights we had to cancel because the condition was unbearable. The refund of 80 euros was well-intentioned, but by no means adequate compensation. But that was not all - the entire complex was also run down. The swimming pool was out of order, and every time we walked past it we were painfully aware of the lack of a functioning swimming pool. The indoor playground, which was supposed to offer a safe alternative for children, was also extremely dirty. Absolutely not recommended - extremely dirty, unhygienic and with no consideration for families or standards. Stay away from Europark!

We rented a tiny house. The facilities are really good, the room layout and 2 bathrooms are really great. There are fly screens on every window, really good. Unfortunately the park seems to be getting old. The mini golf course and the dwarf path are a real joke and are in desperate need of renovation. The swimming pool is in desperate need of modernization. The restaurant is not exactly inviting and the indoor playground is dirty. The cleanliness in and around the house is poor, see pictures. There is so much stuff gathering in the windows and doors (moss is growing in the window frames!!!) The kitchen facilities are top-notch, but you have to rinse/wipe everything down again before you can use it. The parking lot in the middle of the park is great, so you don't have to lug your shopping too far.

Unfortunately, we did not feel comfortable at all. Our holiday in the holiday park began with disgustingly unclean accommodation. The reception and cleaning staff tried hard, but could not fix all the problems and certainly not our initial impression. We also found the pool, in which my husband found a frog, to be unclean. In our opinion, the KidsClub was aimed more at small children (4-7). The entertainers rarely looked after our children during the activities and made little effort to translate into German for us. Unfortunately, the WiFi in the park only worked in the area around our accommodation. Overall, we cannot give a positive review.

There were a few points of criticism, but overall we were very satisfied. + very nice facility + very child-friendly + very friendly staff + most of the dishes and the rooms were super clean - some of the kitchen utensils had food leftovers - water in the pool could be a bit warmer - a shuttle to Efteling would also be great. Too far to walk with a child, even the nearest bus stop is far away.

The park is neat and cozy. At first glance the house seems decent and clean, but when you look in detail this turns out not to be the case, which is a shame for the high cost price. The (indoor) swimming pool is also very dirty. The children (2 and 5) had fun, but we would have liked a little more value for our money.

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in een glamping tent. De tent was schoon bij aankomst en van vele gemakken voorzien. Bijv. een airco. Je hoort wel in bed de snelweg in de verte, daar moet je tegen kunnen. Totaal geen last van muggen gehad. Gelukkig veel te doen op het park. Leuke minidisco en show ‘s avonds. Veel speel gelegenheden voor dochter. Ouders kunnen lekker op het terras zitten. Het steakhouse is overigens wel een enorme aanrader! Echt super gegeten voor een goede prijs. Er zit ook een Albert Heijn op 5 minuten rijden. Veel gebruik gemaakt van het buiten zwembad. Binnen waren we van op de hoogte dat deze dicht zat, was geen enkel probleem. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en komen zeer zeker weer terug.

Samen met mijn vriend vierde ik mijn verjaardag in november bij EuroParcs Kaatsheuvel, en het was geweldig! Het huisje was modern en gezellig. Het park is rustig en dicht bij de Loonse en Drunese duinen, wat het ideaal maakt voor een weekendje weg met de hond . Het personeel was supervriendelijk, en we hebben ons zowel op het park als in de Loonse en Drunese duinen uitstekend vermaakt. Zeker een aanrader voor een ontspannen weekendje weg!
