"140 yuan a night, excluding breakfast, isn't cheap for a small county town. The central air conditioning was incredibly difficult to use; the heater hummed all night, and the room felt dry. The bed and desk were unhygienic, and the toilet was low, probably designed for children. It was barely adequate for a one-night stay. The most outrageous thing was that the in-room landline couldn't call the front desk. The button marked "front desk" on the right side of the landline didn't work; you had to find the front desk number on the Ctrip app and dial from your phone. There were no charging points in the room, so you had to scan for a power bank on the first floor. My previous stay in the VIP building was much better."

"Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, proactively introducing all the hotel amenities. They even helped with our luggage, striking the perfect balance between being welcoming and not intrusive. The room itself was spacious and airy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and excellent soundproofing. The toiletries were all top-notch, well-known brands, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The expansive views really enhanced the sense of relaxation. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with plenty of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and milk – all made with fresh, delicious ingredients. It truly felt like home."
