Stay was. Good but certain points need to highlight, first when guest arrives in awkward times like too early or too late of any reasons they try to reach at the number mentioned in the booking ticket, but those numbers are not reachable. If he or she get hold to notice at their hotel shutters their only correct contact numbers are available, which is very unprofessional. Second can make the morning breakfast little better, as because its complimentary doesnt means it will be so less in options and very less in qty. Even bread were not available at times which is not praise worthy.

If i could give zero stars then i would. My mother stayed there with 2 other senior citizens, her whole body was itching because there was dust in the bed. Also absolutely terrible service, intercom wasn't working, there was no kettle as promised, they had to go to the reception and repeatedly ask for it. The staff was of no help when asked about arranging a vehicle or auto for early morning travel since the guests were senior citizens and needed assistance. I have stayed in hotels across india that were much cheaper and provided way better service, they always helped arrange for taxi auto as well. Not worth paying rs 3000 per night. Absolutely horrible.

The prices is menu which is written is much more then they charge, when asked about the same hotel said the menu is old and new menu yet it be delivered at rooms. After confronting them they accept there fault and returned back extra charged amount.
