There are some things you want to keep to yourself— like this hotel. If you’re looking for a flashy restaurant or 24-hour room service this is not for you. But if you want a decent-sized room, an excellent bed and a more than adequate breakfast you’ll find them here at an affordable price. Well recommended.

Central hotel in Jönköping with comfortable, clean rooms. Really liked my bed and pillows, however the hotel could in general need some modern updating. Nice large breakfast in the morning with many choices.

Very friendly staff, but rather rundown hotel. Water was running onto the floor from the toilet, toilet seat wasn’t properly on, smelled a bit of sewage in the bathroom.
The Hotels page claims the hotel has a bar or lounge, that was not true, which was quite frustrating.
Breakfast was better than feared but not as good as hoped.

Do not be fooled by the name!!! Room unclean and even Anticimexbox (for bugs). Really poor breakfast. Worst of all, some of the staff had hardly any serviceskills and manager had none. Nice bed and view, but not worth the money.

Had booked a room at Vox hotel but the rooms were depressive and clausterphobic. We were able to get a room att Grand hotel instead and all i can say is Wow! Grand really knows what a hotellroom is seposed to look like. Big rooms with lots of light from the windows and a beautiful veiw over Jönköping. Thank you grand for saving the day.

I arrived late one night and I was shocked when I saw the room. I had expected MUCH more for the price. Old floor, doors, furniture. And the smell was the worst, smell of old, dirty house. I will never come back. This hotel should be shut down and renovated.

Expensive for what you get. The room wasn't clean. Full of dust under the beds and ventilation. Very noisy from the street. Breakfast was very limited and in a unpersonal area. No description of what anything was not even juice or nuts. Our son got a allergic reaction and we had to leave in a rush.
