Ulasan Nex Hotel Johor Bahru

Last minute booking, hotel informed and said that no more windows room, and that's okay. When arrived to check-in(already around 23:40 night) the lady at the counter said that need 50 ringgit(or Singapore dollar also can) for deposit, but only in cash, I have only 17 ringgit and I asked can I use this amount to check-in? Because it's already very late and I only stay for one night, and mentioned that I can pay the balance tomorrow morning, and the lady ROLLED HER EYES and told me to go to the bank withdraw money then can only finish the check-in process. Almost midnight, and I as a young lady, she wants me to walk alone to the bank to withdraw money for deposit. Not saying that I totally don't have any cash and still want to check-in, not to blame that there's a rules for her, just want the lady to know the situation is I have a little cash, please help me and let me stay for one night(I've paid the room rate online), it's already midnight and outside is very dangerous, but end up I still go to the bank and withdraw the money, will not recommend to anyone, very bad service and bad experience Ah and also, there's no hairdryer in the room, just to let you know.

Budget Hotel cleanliness is acceptable. Location is Perling surrounded by many restaurants and near to Perling mall.

Very poor service standards unfriendly when checking in and so called manager a local Indian lady hopeless and rude who kept on insisting that I have not paid local tourism tax when in actual I have done so she is surly a very very rude and crude service staff. Unqualified & unfit to be a manger more like a rubber tape who rendered me rudeness unsparingly. People avoid budget this budget crap hell hotel

It was quite ok but too far from city center. There are many restaurants and shopping mall neaby the hotel.

I booked two rooms for one night. The rooms were small and cleaned. There was no fridge or closet to hang our clothes. Location is a 5min walk to the Perling mall and food outlets

Good breakfast. Clean room and easy to find via driving. Amazing!
