Decent place, however my room was a bit noisy because of windows facing the road.

Cheap hotel but the AC remote is not working. Amenity is good.

The staff was great, the room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time

It's really close to the border crossing, and a taxi there costs about MYR 4.It's not too noisy at night, and there's a parking space at the door, but the internet speed isn't very good.But the service of the service staff is still very good.

A very clean and spacious hotel room. Aircond was cold and water heater is hot with good water pressure.

Affordable price. Location wise is a little hard to get cab when it’s peak hours. Room is acceptable, didn’t hear any music even though it is near a mosque.

Room is not too much clean...normal...TV also crack....other room spel loud,u also can hear ..noisy..no privacy....

Check in and check out were smooth. I thought I booked a room with a window but the one I got had none. Could not connect to the hotel WiFi. Celcom coverage in the room was ok but intermittent. Could not get any channel on the TV. The aircon was quiet and worked well. The room and beds were generally clean. The towels were worn out but seemed cleanly washed. The whole toilet became wet once you showered. No slippers were provided so it was not very convenient and could be dangerous for older folks. I could hear some noises from other rooms during the day but it was quiet later at night. The hotel is walking distance from JB City Square. It was not a smooth walk due to ongoing constructions. Value for money but not for everyone.

Okay for those who want to just get a room to sleep and get out the next day.

A good place to stay with. A little walk from JB central and surrounding malls.

It is located in a quiet place. Nearby have 2, 3 coffee shops. Able to walk to the CIQ, it takes about 30 minutes to reach. Day time can walk, night time better take a transport.
