Gave a unit that looked nothing like the photo. Completely different from the online photos. None of this mattered, the problem was the dirty floor and the dirt that there was no way to remove. The seaview view was also very cluttered.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Its location near CIQ is very convenient for travelers, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. The staff was responsive and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience. Great choice for those looking for a hassle-free stay!

Like to stay here (will repeat in the future) with the highest level of condominium, very near to CIQ (just walk only), provide iron, toothbrush, towel but a few things i think need to improve is to add more mirror because this homestay only have 1 mirror only in the toilet. slightly hard for us especially girls to get ready and there is leaking due to rainy in the first room

Everything is 👍 My 2 baby cats were enjoyed so much the view. Coincidentally there were chap gor meh , so happy of the fireworks show.

The room is nice and clean. Very good view too. Will come back again.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I booked this stay, and it turned out to be a nightmare. When I arrived, the place was filthy—knives left out, unclean surfaces, and completely unsafe to stay in. Despite reporting this immediately, I was only able to check in at around 5.30 PM after spending hours dealing with the mess. Even after cleaning, the room was still dirty with bugs and stains all over the floor. What they said was contradictory. They said that they will offer refund and asked me to cancel to do so, but trip.com told me that they rejected refund. I guess they wanted me to stop this review, which I am now writing in full. What’s worse is how the situation was handled. They took so long to get back to me even after I told them the state of what the room was in. Also, instead of taking full responsibility, they shifted the blame onto me, as if I was being unreasonable about wanting basic cleanliness and safety. The hotel remained in a horrible state, with no real effort made to resolve the matter. This experience completely ruined my plans and caused me undue stress. Travelers deserve better accountability and service than this. Location wise was okay, but the block being a newer block is secluded and far from other amenities. I advise caution when booking with them.

We stayed in that 2-bedroom seaview apartment at R&F Homestay in Johor. The view was pretty nice, but honestly, the pictures online were a little misleading – the apartment wasn't exactly like what they sent to me. The apartment itself was good. However, we had a few issues. One of the bedroom lights was busted, and when we messaged about it, crickets. Zero response. Also, the mop was broken – seriously, it was falling apart. Cleaning with a toddler is already a mission, and having to hunch over with a broken mop made it even worse. Because I had to clean up every day! Overall, it was a decent enough place to stay, but those little things really added up. We'd probably stay at R&F again, but definitely not in the same apartment. They need to sort out their maintenance and communication!

The location was good if you only wanted to stay somewhere near JB custom, The house was really clean as it was a new house. Only communication with the landlord is a bit hard , check in is not on time else overall was perfect. Recommend house ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The view was beautiful especially morning sun rise. The location is at phrase 2 Blk newly opened but not many grabs know the location. Internet connection problem at the building downstair then need to walk a distance to connect internet for calling grab. The unit wifi was good. Provide towels, soap, tooth brush and shampoo but no toilet floor mat and bath shower gel. It’s better to bring your own. Everything was good except no light in one of the room.

No toilet bidet, no spoon and fork. They just ignore when i said there’s no spoon and fork. no coffee mug, no iron board. Empty shampoo bottle. They even not multiracial friendly. They put the group name in Mandarin and reply to my last text in Mandarin. The remote control are also in Mandarin. It’s obvious that I am not Chinese. Or are you guys only expecting Chinese guests? Unclear instructions regarding the parking. (No pole number provided). Late check in details given too. I’m not recommending this place. There’s more better host with the same price

Fabulous place, really clean, reallly nice place and so little bad to say about the place. Price for such a a location (you can see Singapore) is frankly unbeatable

pool was nice, rooms and beds were nice, washing machine sadly didnt wash properly, couldnt dry in time, no dryer.
