Hotel yang selesa. Bilik yg luas. Ada.kemudahan peti sejuk, bancuhan kopi teh, seterika menggosok baju..katil yang selesa dan bersih. Cuma terdapat gangguan internet. internet kurang stabil kadi tidak dapat menonton tv dgn selesa kerana sentiasa ad gangguan capaian.

Bilik besar dan murah. puas hati dengan kebersihan dan servis. Kolam renang sesuai dengan kanak-kanak. Cuma Breakfast dekat melor house rm28/pax. Tak banyak pilihan makanan biasa-biasa sahaja.

Overall ok ..parking untuk guest free dan banyak ..sarapan port cantik boleh ootd. Cuma untuk muslim tandas tidak mesra muslim ..

Kamar yang tidak dirawat dengan baik, dengan masalah kebersihan merupakan pelanggaran serius terhadap standar kebersihan. Permasalahan seperti kotoran burung dan beberapa helai rambut ditemukan di area balkon, bilah kipas berdebu tepat di atas tempat tidur, dan partikel putih ditemukan di bawah tempat tidur. Mengabaikan secara terang-terangan terhadap Housekeeping, menyebabkan kami check out lebih awal dari kamar. Setelah menghubungi tim dukungan Trip.com, kami diberitahu bahwa manajemen hotel telah menolak permohonan pengembalian dana kami karena mereka tidak menerima keluhan apa pun ke resepsionis dan meninggalkan hotel tanpa memberi tahu mereka. Masalah tata graha seperti itu seharusnya sudah diidentifikasi dan ditangani jauh sebelum kedatangan kami dan bukan selama kami menginap, sehingga menyebabkan gangguan pada perjalanan kami.

Lokasinya agak keluar dari tempatnya. Kamarnya agak tua dan bukan yang terbersih jika boleh saya katakan. Kolam renang dengan perosotan merupakan nilai tambah namun sayangnya tidak sebersih yang kami harapkan. Staf layanan ramah dan membantu, yang sangat bagus.

The lady receptionist(based on her accent, probably she is a filipino) is very kind, helpful and friendly . I saw her working alone on all the 3 wkdays that i was there .. She truly deserved a praise because she is independent and hardworking by working alone on her shift, even though it wasnt very busy during wkdays but during school holiday season, it can be slightly busy for her .. Thank you for your hard work ! 👍 The room is spacious, clean and feels home . Amenities in room are sufficient but i wish there is a microvewave in this room because there is space to put one and im sure it would be helpful for guests especially to reheat our leftover foods .. Please consider this . 🥲 And the room slippers are too thin that my feet can feel the floor when walking to the lobby/pool, so i think need to improve on that . Everything else is fine . Location is also fine even if you dont drive .. There is a mall opp road of the hotel- the mall have a supermarket and some food shops/restaurants . The concierge/security and pool staffs are also kind and helpful .. 👍 The pool is great and with 2 water slides that both adults and kids can enjoy . There are many chairs and tables for guests to put our things while going for a swim but i think its time to repair the stairs especially on the white slide and also some flooring around the slides because there are broken tiles/holes that may cause injury . To the management, please take serious note on this, bfore any accident happen .. I dropped my spect while swimming and couldnt find it and i asked help from the pool staff . The next day when i went to checked with him, he said he had passed it to the reception . I thanked him and went to collect it . He also deserved a praise because he really went the extra mile to help . Thank you ! 👍 Overall, its been a great stay here . Will be back again next time . Recommended if you are looking for pool with slides ! 💙

Hotel was very good had the villa vibes. Room waa spacious and extremely clean staff was polite and friendly. The location was good very close to check point. Tho the hot water was unstable a second its hot then another second is cold,overall a good place to stay with a family.
