I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The value for money is excellent, considering the quality of the accommodations. It was very cold at night, but they thoughtfully turned on the room heater before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to my messages, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is a bit off the main road, but it’s not hard to find. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and great value!

Great hotel but the room rather small, so better take small luggage when travel to Jiuzhai valley national park. Front desk ladies good in communication when we complaint about the water flush inside the room. Recoomended👍

We had a great stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tubs, which were perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

From 4/10 to 4/22, four of us stayed in this hotel for two nights. It rained lightly on the second morning, and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area was a bit chaotic. We proposed improvements to the hotel and saw specific improvements the next morning. In addition, the washbasin in the room would slide. We reported this to the hotel and found that it had been fixed with silicone when we came back from playing in the gully in the afternoon. New hotels are bound to have some minor engineering flaws, but the way the hotel handled them is commendable.
