Banyan Tree Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Great comfortable stay in this hotel. The place was clean and warm. The location is strategically located within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of JiuZhaiGou park (to the right) and nearby eateries (to the left). There’s a MCD just downstairs, and a small convenience store next to it as well. Especially thankful to have the front door service staff, Mr Klein and another lady, who were extremely patient and helpful with all our needs and concerns. They were friendly and efficient with getting our needs, and showed professionalism. Overall the room was satisfying, the heater was working well, warm shower did not require long waiting, and all the amenities were provided. Only thing is that the water pressure is slightly low, but considering the location, I’m not complaining! We also had their breakfast for two days in a row, it was delicious. Served from 7am, with much variety of food (not repeated the next day) including western (bread, pastries, cereal) and Chinese food (porridge, fried rice, steamed buns, sautéed vegetables). Would recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

InterContinental Jiuzhaigou Paradise is located between magnificent mountains and surrounded by natural scenery. The garden design of the hotel itself is very careful, one step at a time, and it seems to be living in a carefully created ecological attraction. The most surprising thing is that the room faces the snow-capped mountains. When you open the curtains every morning, you can see the snow-capped peaks, which is a visual feast! In the evening, the hotel also arranged a special bonfire show 🔥, singing and dancing with travelers from all over the world, the atmosphere was directly enriched, adding unforgettable memories to the journey. Special thanks to the manager and the front desk staff for their thoughtful service. They took the initiative to upgrade the room with snow mountain view for us. This heart really makes people feel warmer❤️! If you want to make suggestions, the hotel building is a little old and some facilities would be more perfect if it could be updated and upgraded. In addition, the service attitude of some employees is a little unfamiliar. After intensive training, the overall experience will be improved to a higher level. Overall, this is a hotel that perfectly blends nature and humanity. It is suitable for friends who want to travel by car and get away from the hustle and bustle and experience the snow-covered mountains. Looking forward to seeing you again after future hotel updates! The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. It is great, and there are themed artworks everywhere 🎈🛍️Service The hotel provides butler service, Andy Hu provided a lot of help, thank you very much, helped to delay the check-out, arranged the hotel's travel photography activities, very satisfied 👍 The service staff encountered during the stay were very sincere, very nice and responsive, thumbs up 👍 🏮🎁Food & Food Dinner: Experienced the ******* stone pot chicken, the price is not cheap but the taste is superb, waited for a long time, but the moment I ate the food was really super satisfying, the chicken was very tender, the soup base was also very rich, the dipping sauce was amazing, both spicy and non-spicy tastes are delicious, highly recommended Breakfast: You must try breakfast, it's too rich, tried all kinds of local food, I like yak yogurt + tsampa + honey bread the most, the honey is still hanging on the board of honey 🍯, pure and original ecology Help improve some small suggestions: 1. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

Is very nice to get a quick response email with you sir, and also your English speaking ability is very assisting. Secondly to Mina (Front Office Manager, if we are not wrong) who guided us during our 4 days stay. Your information is very supportive of us. Last, to Bryan, who took a long way to pick up and send us from/to the train station. You have good driving skills and a good attitude. Btw, thanks for the hot coffee in the middle of this year's first snow in Jiuzhaigou. Also, thanks to all receptionist staff for upgrading our room to a very nice Suite room. Is not just a huge room, but also a luxury and comfortable room. This is our first time coming to Jiuzhaigou, and you all made it an extraordinary memory. The hotel itself is in a good location. Connection with food and shop complex area. Many restaurants around so that we can taste the delicious local food. The breakfast menu is also good enough with variant cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Jiuzhaigou. We will recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.

All aspects of the hotel are very good. It is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi just outside. The bus that picks up from the high-speed rail station also has a separate stop here, so it is very easy to determine the boarding and alighting points. The hotel staff are also very good, especially Sister Xiao Yang, who is very gentle and has a good attitude. The hotel breakfast is also very good, and the rice noodles are delicious hahahaha. Friends who come to Jiuzhaigou to play, this hotel is worth considering!

Overall, it is worth the price. I can’t ask for more. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. There’s many restaurants, milktea and supermarkets nearby, just walk around. There’s also a bus stop in front of the hotel which is 2 stations away from Jiuzhaigou entrance. I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers

Rezen Retreat Hotel Jiuzhaigou was amazing! Cozy room with floor heater, strong hot water pressure, delicious breakfast spread, and a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect after a long day of exploring.
