Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Jinzhou Central Street

Robot machine delivery to room door fantastic. Located at city center busy area shopping centre 2 minutes walk.

We stayed at Hilton for most of our stay in China this time. The only bad comment that I have and there's no solution to is the room is over 30 degrees. We stayed with 2 young child and notice the front desk of how hot the rooms are and was told before they turned the AC off and was given a fan. The fan is useless and very loud so it doesn't make the situation better. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton issue or all the hotels in jinzhou. Was just at the Hilton in Beijing/ zhuhai/ wanning and didn't have that problem.

The hotel is convenienty located with attached parking garage. Breakfast is nice with very good coffee. Service staff is friendly and efficient. Some minor points have been communicated directly (f.eg. shades in the 22nd floor breakfast area takes away the view..).

Basement Car Park was unbearable, the stench of rotting animals and all sorts! there is an elevator that only goes to the B2 for car park, but staff do not explain this, staff also don't explain the breakfast is on the 22nd floor or explain much else in that matter. hotel is around 1 year old but it feels over 10 years old, taps falling apart, noisy drainage system and AC doesn't work very well. - would not stay here again.

Nice stay. Nice room. Staff speak English. Checking in was easy.

The facilities are good, the service is fantastic and the staffs are cordial and respectful. However, bear in my mind that you will have to pay for a new day by 2pm if you arrive at the hotel before 8am, other than that, all is commendable.

酒店位於錦州市中心，交通便利，周邊商業配套齊全，距離錦州站僅X公里，出行方便。 房間整潔舒適，床品柔軟舒適，設施齊全。 前台接待非常好，有特殊要求全都滿足讓人感到賓至如歸。 早餐也非常不錯，品種很多滿足不同口味需求。

家裡長者腿腳不便，前台小姐姐很友善，給拿了輪椅；前台小哥好像姓張，也很友好，知道長者腿腳不便還説給打招呼可以把早飯拿進客房吃；早餐姜經理也很nice；房間刮鬍刀，洗漱用品打前台電話後也立刻給送了上來，謝謝～期待下次入住😊

估計這是全國條件設施最差的一家希爾頓了，感覺應該是老舊賓館改造的，設施陳舊，被褥都很不舒服，早餐種類少，地下車庫又黑又破，拐來拐去，一個人都不敢走，大家一定要避雷。
