Robot machine delivery to room door fantastic. Located at city center busy area shopping centre 2 minutes walk.

We stayed at Hilton for most of our stay in China this time. The only bad comment that I have and there's no solution to is the room is over 30 degrees. We stayed with 2 young child and notice the front desk of how hot the rooms are and was told before they turned the AC off and was given a fan. The fan is useless and very loud so it doesn't make the situation better. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton issue or all the hotels in jinzhou. Was just at the Hilton in Beijing/ zhuhai/ wanning and didn't have that problem.

The hotel is convenienty located with attached parking garage. Breakfast is nice with very good coffee. Service staff is friendly and efficient. Some minor points have been communicated directly (f.eg. shades in the 22nd floor breakfast area takes away the view..).

Cheap and cheerful, just over the road from a KTV and there's a great food market behind the hotel that's 1km long

Basement Car Park was unbearable, the stench of rotting animals and all sorts! there is an elevator that only goes to the B2 for car park, but staff do not explain this, staff also don't explain the breakfast is on the 22nd floor or explain much else in that matter. hotel is around 1 year old but it feels over 10 years old, taps falling apart, noisy drainage system and AC doesn't work very well. - would not stay here again.

The facilities are good, the service is fantastic and the staffs are cordial and respectful. However, bear in my mind that you will have to pay for a new day by 2pm if you arrive at the hotel before 8am, other than that, all is commendable.

As expected of Hilton, the hygiene, environment and service are all impeccable 👍🏼 The breakfast is very rich and the facilities are very new. It is the preferred hotel for company team building accommodation. It is a great experience to take employees to a star-rated hotel with a high cost-effectiveness. 👌🏻 Highly recommended!

The hotel room is very spacious. The garden view room has a view of Linghe Night Market. The breakfast is quite varied. I would like to especially thank Ms. Shang. After leaving the hotel, I found that the things in the refrigerator were not taken away. Ms. Shang took the initiative to call and find a courier to help us send the things home. Thank you very much!

It is a good hotel in Jinzhou. The room is large, clean and tidy. Cleaning is timely. The service is warm. The location is convenient and the price is high. The facilities are new. I will come again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The room facilities are clean and tidy. There is a small refrigerator in the room, the mattress is very comfortable, the shower room is separated into wet and dry areas, the Wi-Fi network is very powerful, the service of the girl at the front desk is warm and enthusiastic, and the check-in is fast. I will come again next time.

The quilt has yellow stains! The pillow is full of hair! The hygiene is still too poor, I hope to pay attention to it in the future. Other aspects are OK. The location is in the city center, which is very convenient to go anywhere.
