Xishuangbanna Jinghong Jimu River View Hotel is amazing! Located along the riverside, it offers the perfect viewpoint for sunsets and evening views. You can see the bridge across the Mekong River and the buildings on the opposite shore, beautifully lit with colorful lights—a truly breathtaking sight. The hotel is also close to street food vendors and food/fruit shops just below the building. The night market is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making this location ideal. The facilities and services, including A/C, a tea kettle, hair dryer, swimming pool, airport pickup, breakfast, slippers (changed daily!), towels, washing machine (this surprised me!), toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue paper, and more, are excellent—better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s essentially a smart hotel! There’s a Xiaodu AI (like Google Alexa or Siri) to help you manage room functions such as opening/closing curtains, turning lights on/off, and controlling music—it's so innovative! However, it currently only supports Mandarin. The bathroom features an automated toilet with self-flushing, a heated seat, and an automatic bidet. One thing to note is that there is no door or partition between the toilet/bathroom and the bedroom, so it’s an open design. If you’re sharing the room with friends or others you don’t know well, be mindful of this for privacy. The staff here are friendly and helpful, although their English is limited. They do their best to use translation tools, which is appreciated and works fine. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, so if you want to enjoy it, an early wake-up is necessary, haha! The food is simple and leans more towards Chinese style rather than Western, with options like noodles, cakes, stir-fried vegetables, soy milk, fresh milk, and watermelon. Overall, I rate this hotel 10/10! The few minor points I mentioned are easy to overlook, and the price is affordable and reasonable. You won’t find another hotel like this anywhere else! Don’t hesitate to make this hotel a memorable part of your trip—you won’t regret it! (I made two bookings for this hotel—so don’t be surprised if you see this review twice!)

XIshuangbannaJinghong Youyi Hotel is located in the 4A level scenic area of Shuangjing in the west of Gaozhuang. The entire scenic area is mainly composed of Southeast Asian architectural complexes and the nine towers and twelve villages of Jinghong in ancient times. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Southeast Asian architectural complexes and has excellent landscape advantages! It is about a 2-5 minute walk away from the main scenic spots of Dajin Pagoda, Starlight Night Market Water Market, and the banks of the Mekong River. It is also about a 10 minute walk away from various scenic spots by direct bus, making it convenient to go out and play. The first to second floors of the underground are underground parking lots for free parking, the first floor of the underground is a commercial street supermarket, the first to fourth floors are restaurants, children's entertainment, shopping, cinemas and other convenient facilities. Opened in 2023, the Yue Yuan Cheng Riverview Hotel is a great accommodation choice in Jinghong. With Xishuangbanna Railway Station just 8km away and Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport only 8km away, transportation is very convenient. Seeing Jinghong's sights from this hotel is easy with Gaozhuang Night Market, Jinghong City, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, Mekong River Market Cruise and Starlight Night Market all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Guests of this Jinghong hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Very comfortable hotel. The design is very simple and minimalist, and the facilities are also complete. I have stayed in several hotels. This one is the one I am most satisfied with. (Although I can't use many things, if you love taking pictures and like to enjoy life romantically, you can try this hotel) This is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Banna for 10 days. Whether it is the environment, sanitary conditions or service, it is the most comfortable. Airport or station pick-up (book one day in advance): I didn't use this Meipa experience: This is also not used. But if you love taking pictures, you can try it. Anyway, I heard that it is a better photography studio. I heard that it would take 3-4 hours to shoot, so I canceled it. Because it's a bit troublesome for me, I don't have enough time to play. But if you love Meipai and have plenty of time, you can try it.

The location is excellent. It is closed to many restaurants. Across street is a mall with a few stores. The staff  service is excellent. I was given a cup of tea when I register. I asked for a room on the upper floor and was given one. The room has everything that I need. I prefer a bright room with light switches by the bed and they are all there. Even the curtain can be closed by a button. The breakfast is adequate. My personal preference is more western style breakfast but I guess their clientele is mostly chinese. Coffee is provided in the breakfast area as well as inside the room. 2 ‘balls’ of tea were provided daily which I love.  I like the shower room . The shower room with the toilet remains dry because the shower has a door. I like the shower gel , shampoo and conditioner dispenser as they are more environmentally friendly.  I received a WeChat that even offers  ‘doing the laundry for us and return the clothes to our room ‘. The owner really try his best to please his customers. When I return my room card, the staff gave me a big surprise, a box of rose cookies for my trip. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel deserves many more ( all )  5s because it really strive to help and assist their clients. Stay here when you are looking for a hotel. You will agree with my comments.
