I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

Nice location in Jinghong city, close to restaurants, night market and so on. The room we booked has a great view of Lancang river. Unfortunately according to our trip schedule we didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool of the hotel, it will be a nice added experience.

🌅 A treasure hotel found in Banna! After staying in Shawanli Sunset River View Hotel, I directly turned on the ”hosting lying mode”~ ☺️This time we booked a parent-child room! It was completely free of hands. There were topic swings and small tents in the room! The children can play for a long time by themselves~ The baby's supplies are also sufficient! There are even toothbrushes for babies and baby toilet heightening stools! Families with children can stay here all the time without changing hotels! ! ✨ This time the room faces the Lancang River. You can see the sunrise every day when you open your eyes, and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. The viewing platform on the first floor has a super wide view, and the scenery is postcard-level when you take a photo! 🏊 I love their infinity pool the most. The water is clear and you can see the bottom. After swimming, go to the gym to sweat. This is what a vacation should look like~ The room facilities are also very considerate, with a dry and wet separation bathroom + air purifier, and a soft mattress that is super comfortable to sleep. 🍜 The breakfast selection is super rich! From Western breakfast to local rice noodles, I ate the fresh meat rice noodles for two days in a row~ The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the Xingguang Night Market, which is super convenient! 💯 This is really a hotel recommended by locals in Gaozhuang. Great location if you wanna feel the vibe and noise of the city. This area get busy and loud in the evenings, mostly of visitors to the city. Some of the roads gets closed to vehicles during the evening cater to pedestrians. The rooms are sufficient and staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is mainly fChinese food with some selection of dry cereal such as Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Rice Crispies. Do make sure you check out the pool, bar and gym on the top floor.

Very comfortable hotel. The design is very simple and minimalist, and the facilities are also complete. I have stayed in several hotels. This one is the one I am most satisfied with. (Although I can't use many things, if you love taking pictures and like to enjoy life romantically, you can try this hotel) This is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Banna for 10 days. Whether it is the environment, sanitary conditions or service, it is the most comfortable. Airport or station pick-up (book one day in advance): I didn't use this Meipa experience: This is also not used. But if you love taking pictures, you can try it. Anyway, I heard that it is a better photography studio. I heard that it would take 3-4 hours to shoot, so I canceled it. Because it's a bit troublesome for me, I don't have enough time to play. But if you love Meipai and have plenty of time, you can try it.

This is one of those rare cases when you get what is shown in the picture! Great hotel, has everything including a fridge. Smart assistant, smart toilet😀 Great view from the window, which you can admire while lying in the bath. Great location. Everything is great

I really found a treasure on this trip to Xishuangbanna! The location is excellent. There are RT-Mart supermarkets, convenience stores, KFC, McDonald's and food courts around. It is very convenient. It is within walking distance from the Splashing Water Square and the night market by the river. The price is very affordable. The room facilities and the richness of the breakfast are worth the price. The only thing that can be improved is the laundry. There are only 3 household washing machines on the terrace. I don't know if the washing machines are cleaned regularly. It would be great if they can be upgraded to laundry facilities similar to those of the All Seasons. The front desk and cleaning staff are very friendly. In terms of how much money you spend and how much service you get, I think it is worth the money or more than the money. The location is excellent. It is closed to many restaurants. Across street is a mall with a few stores. The staff  service is excellent. I was given a cup of tea when I register. I asked for a room on the upper floor and was given one. The room has everything that I need. I prefer a bright room with light switches by the bed and they are all there. Even the curtain can be closed by a button. The breakfast is adequate. My personal preference is more western style breakfast but I guess their clientele is mostly chinese. Coffee is provided in the breakfast area as well as inside the room. 2 ‘balls’ of tea were provided daily which I love.  I like the shower room . The shower room with the toilet remains dry because the shower has a door. I like the shower gel , shampoo and conditioner dispenser as they are more environmentally friendly.  I received a WeChat that even offers  ‘doing the laundry for us and return the clothes to our room ‘. The owner really try his best to please his customers. When I return my room card, the staff gave me a big surprise, a box of rose cookies for my trip. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel deserves many more ( all )  5s because it really strive to help and assist their clients. Stay here when you are looking for a hotel. You will agree with my comments.
