Ulasan Nalan Hotel (Jinan High-speed Railway West Station)

Nice and convenient but please get new towels. It’s affordable and clean and close to Jinan west train station

The hotel was fine. A little hard to find, but that is trip.com's fault, and not the hotel's fault. Trip.com doesn't show Chinese directions, only English names which make no sense in Jinan. When checking in, the hotel staff could not find my order. I showed them the printed paper, but they kept asking which booking site it was from. The reservation said "trip.com" but they didn't know what website that was. You really need to give us an option to print these confirmation numbers SOLELY in Chinese. This is a mainland China app, the foreigner's version should have a Chinese version. I wish I could use the 携程 version, but you don't let foreigners use it. Please change the foreigners app to have Chinese characters.

It was a very pleasant stay, the rom was clean and serviced daily, the staff very helpful! I totally recommend this hotel.

They have few experience on how to deal with foreigner, being difficult to talk to them even through the translator. The bedroom and the bathroom had a strong smoke smell. There were cigarettes and ashes at the floor of the bathroom. But the cost is ok for what they offer.

還可以吧 但是衞生可能一般 馬桶黃黃的然後沙發看上去很舊 有點像民宿改酒店 但是價格擺在那裡了也沒什麼可以挑的了 z

去的時候主要是奔着圖片去的，加上價格也便宜，但是到了之後發現房間差距很大，洗澡的淋浴噴頭也很臟，廁所的防滑的標誌往下掉，環境很差，想洗澡洗不了，2點左右辦的入住，和前台溝通，想換房間，前台説需要等，但是必須要下去，不能在房間裏等，不然會影響他們賣房間，還得二次打掃，溝通説就坐在沙發不碰其他東西也不行，體驗感很差，我行李非常多，最後沒洗澡也沒換房間，第2天直接酒店。

該酒店性價比還是可以的，服務還是挺好的挺熱情的，視野不錯，看着高鐵在眼前經過感覺還是不錯的。推薦指數⭐⭐⭐

房間很大，距離火車站很近，我們是到濟南中轉，到的時候也比較晚了，前台接待很熱情，期間有一間房間有點問題，前台也很快幫忙換房，下次還會繼續選擇這家店入住。

説實話這是我第二次住這個酒店了，第一次住沒注意什麼，這次住我早上起來後看到身子下面一大片像血一樣的東西，真噁心
