I really appreciate the service and enjoy the hotel. Very close to jinan west Station. It took me only about 10 minutes walk from the station to to the hotel. Very near. At the same time not so far to jinan many places to visit. Good location

It’s very hard to realize where the hotel is. This hotel is 22 floor of a building. I couldn’t find it then.

The position of the hotel is nice, near the Jinan west station, reachable by foot. The hotel and the reception are on the 22nd floor, there is just a sign inside the building near the elevators and the reception, maybe some more indications could help.

Less dirty then basic Japanese room

Very difficult to find this hotel if you don't know the local language. Hotel reception at 22nd floor. Rooms are not so good with very less facility.

Had a short stopover and decided to book a room. It's very hard to find , very cold inside staff girls are a bunch of children that just mind their own business, you're invisible

Poor Service and Maintenance My stay was very disappointing. The toilet flush didn’t work, the hand shower leaked, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. No intercom, tea, or coffee provided. The front desk was often unattended, and staff didn’t understand English. Despite complaints, nothing was fixed. Would not recommend.

Great hotel. All staff were not hesitant to helping me. I do not speak Chinese at all but it was super easy to stay here with staff's assistance. I was too tired to go out to have a dinner, so I asked the staff to order a noodle for me. it was a great service and a good dinner. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel especially if you are a foreigner like me.
