PPatrik_ROur stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

GGuest UserIt was a great time. I arrived at the hotel very late. There is a dedicated parking lot and the service is very good! I like the environment of James Coffee very much, it is clean and hygienic, and the space has a comfortable atmosphere. The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great👍... The next day we slept until we woke up naturally before going to the Guancheng Scenic Area. Turn right after exiting the inn. , you can reach the Guancheng Great Wall Museum after a 10-minute stroll, and then continue 100 meters further to reach the entrance of the scenic spot. There is no need to go to the visitor center again to take the sightseeing bus (but the sightseeing bus is free). The room decoration is pretty good, but the bathroom is a bit hard to describe... A few comments and suggestions: The first is that there is no hand soap/soap in the bathroom; the second is that the toiletries are placed in the box on the wall, which is not very clean, and the toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap are still the ones used in small hotels many years ago. , like B&Bs cannot have the same configuration standards as branded hotels, can you choose a brand that is easy to use, with large bottles for home use? GGuest UserHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you don’t have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good night’s stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!

JJessicaFirst let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice. The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.
