Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

Must come again in summer☝️ The room is very clean and tidy. The wooden bed background has a great design. I like it😘 Toiletries are not disposable inferior products They are all branded products and very user-friendly. Although it is not large, it uses all German Haba toys and facilities. Almost all children aged 1-6 have projects suitable for them, and it is not recommended for older children. There is also an organic farm across the road (you can enter with your room card). The reason why I think it is worth the money is that the package includes picking, fishing and picnic boxes on the farm. I originally brought my kids here to play, so I think it is worth it. Food and Beverage: The breakfast variety is quite rich. The beef noodles and pancakes are good in the staple food. There are also peanuts and chicken feet in the steamed area. There are many kinds of fruits, especially the unlimited supply of strawberries and blueberries, which still shocked me a little. They will not be treated differently because of the difference in the hotel you stay in. The staff and cleaning ladies will greet you when they see you. It can be seen that they have been systematically trained. Before checking in, I added WeChat with the housekeeper Xiao Zhu and told him that it was my child’s birthday on the day of check-in. Whether there could be room decoration or small cake, it was arranged immediately. The room attendant Lu Xiuhua arranged balloons and cards in advance, and sang birthday songs and delivered cakes, which was full of emotional value. The housekeeper also helped to arrange various activities on the farm. The Mini Bar in the room is free, and the hotel’s homemade egg rolls are delicious. I asked the waiter if I could give a few more, and he gave them very readily when I made the night bed. Tea tasting and coffee/cocktails were also given when I checked in. To be honest, compared with coffee, tea is more suitable for my taste. The coffee in the bar is not as good as the organic restaurant next to the hotel. If there is a disadvantage, it may be that the surrounding facilities are not rich enough. The community is relatively deserted. It may be more popular when it is in Liangren City. I have to choose the right time to come next time.

The water quality of the hot spring is not very clean, but fortunately there are enough pools, and it takes one or two hours to soak in each one slowly. The rest area is too small, but the food there is pretty good, and the charge is not particularly expensive... Overall it is okay. A suggestion: There is a Dyson hair dryer in the room, but it can only blow cold air, and it feels very cold in winter.

The children's suite has an outdoor private hot spring pool, which is great because you don't have to squeeze with people outside. The water is very hot and comfortable. The hotel elevator signs are not reasonable. The room numbers on the fourth and third floors are exactly the same. I just got my room card and didn't know which floor my room was on. I had to look around in the maze before I realized I was on the wrong floor. This detail can be improved. A little bit of signage classification can save guests a lot of walking to find their rooms. This situation has never happened in other hotels.

Come during the Chinese New Year. The price is not bad. 🏨 It has its own garden landscape. You can ask the front desk to get fish food to feed the fish. The buffet dinner has oysters and crabs. It is cost-effective. Some rooms in Building 2 are close to the landscape. There is also an outdoor children's playground to meet the needs of the whole family. There are also many activities in Jiashan Museum during the Chinese New Year. It is recommended to go upstairs to see the brick-making exhibition hall.
