GGuest UserGiven the relax and laid back atmosphere of Jogja, there is no where in downtown that will make one feel overwhelm. Though I am very satisfied with my stay at Tentrem Hotel from rooms, location and restsurants - Kayu Manis and Summer Palace restaurant cooking up excellent foods. I will, next time, probably choose the hotel nearer to tugu for the convenience of out and about.

DDEDDY TRIANTOOf the several Santika Premieres I have stayed at, this Santika Premier Jogja is the worst, in my personal opinion, the receptionist is not friendly, her face is flat, she is stingy with a smile, especially since I have lived in Jogja for many years, this is the first time I am disappointed, every year I definitely go on holiday to Jogja because the people are very welcoming, but this is The hospitality is different from other hotels that I have stayed at, perhaps the Tentrem, Hyatt, Melia Purosani, Grand Ambarukmo, Artotel Suite Bianti, Novotel Suite and other 5 star hotels in Jogja that I have stayed at are of a different class, I understand, but compared to 4 stars which are equivalent In Jogja, Swissbell, Jogjaplaza, Novotel, even Ibis class, in my opinion the hospitality, especially at the reception, needs a lot of improvement, the hospitality service, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, the food is also very standard compared to other Santika Premieres where the food is abundant and tastes good, but here for me personally it tastes good In my opinion, it was quite disappointing, plus the waiter there was also the same as the one at the reception, it was different from the service at any Santika Premier, room 214 which I stayed in was also a bit scary at night, maybe because the old hotel didn't have too many guests at the weekend, my arrival was Saturday to Monday, luckily it was only 2 nights for transit before a flight abroad, the only plus point is that the door opener is quite friendly and the housekeeping and security officers are quite helpful, another thing that makes you in a bad mood is that usually in some Santika Premieres you can have late check out until 15.00 WIB, at least 14.00 WIB here, don't expect he said if it's later than 13.00 WIB you will be charged, it's better to check out at 10.00 WIB, check out straight to the El Royale Malioboro Hotel at 10.30 WIB, you can check in early, you can rest and the service is much different from the moment you arrive, the receptionist is already happy, we as guests are very happy with the friendliness of their service is typical of Jogja people which always makes me miss you... finally I think if I go to Jogja again I will definitely not choose this hotel again as a place to rest

MMartinWe had a great stay of four days at this wonderful heritage hotel that has been maintained and preserved in an excellent way. Our rooms balcony lookout wasn’t great and we were moved by kind staff who responded quickly to our concerns. We had a lovely room with beautiful local decorations. The pool and the gym were maintained very well and had modern equipment. There were lovely service areas for the bar and restaurant that kept to the heritage traditions, as well as a local room that was restored with historic arts and furniture. All in all a great stay - it was quiet although on a major road and close to tourist sights and shops and restaurants. Very good value as such a hotel in other cities around the world would be many more time as expensive.

PPancariastutiFor me the room is nice not too small.. I like the interior even very simple but cozy. A bit dissappointed because I was booked the room with double bed but they said twin bed, coz its late and am so tired I just accepted the room that overed to me. The next day I have chance to check my booking from Trip.com it's written 1 double room.. just input for the hotel, just be real if you don't had any double bed again just said sorry the room not available anymore instead of you said I made wrong booking..
The room rate is cheap coz had free breakfast even with very simple menu but complete courses.. have appetizer, main course and dessert as well fresh fruits, coffee, tea and infussed water..
The room service price menu for me its cheap as well. Had Burger King excatly beside the hotel.. Parking area as well big enough..
