Great hotel experience! Clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Great location. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Nice lobby with coffee and tea all the time, was a great place to talk to other guests from all around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. 5-stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and located within easy walking distance of the old city and the Mahaneh Yehudah market. Great breakfast buffet. Much less expensive than the big tourist hotels, but far superior than the budget hotels - in my opinion this is the best value hotel in Jerusalem.

The size of the room is much bigger than Ibis where we stayed, but building is older. All stuffs are much friendlier and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price. Free coffee tea cookies in the lounge all day. Good Asian food next door. Will go back.

A horrible experience, keep away if u love urself! The worst service u could ever ask for. We got a room with broken AC and when we called the reception for it, they said they'll send someone to fix it. That guy only showed up almost an hour later, barely even took a look and left. So we called the reception again but they just stopped picking the phone (after 1 time!!!) And we had to go 3 floors down only to hear that we are bunch of liars and that we shouldn't tell them how to do things. Later that evening, when the guy finally decided to choose to come and try and fix things, he entered the room telling us about how he is not working for us, and when i told him that he actually is because i'm a hotel guest, he simply said "ok so u fix it urself" and stromed out. I highly recommend to pay few extra bucks and get a much better place with people who actually here to do their job rather than make u feel like they doing u a favor

Room was dirty . Never been cleaned on window sill .Bedroom Chair was filthy and falling apart. Marks all over walls. Bathroom dirty especially around shower screen and shower tube broken so couldn’t use hand held shower and rain plate had insufficient pressure . Dining area stairs smelled of sewers . TV didn’t work . Only one light in room . No hair dryer in room Staff were unhelpful. They told us that they were fully booked so couldn’t change our room until I demanded our money back , then amazingly a room was available.

Very nice place, good breakfast and great location. Good free coffee and tea at the reception 24 hours a day. Good cookies. Close to the old town. Nice pubs and shops nearby. Nice and professional staff. He arranges nice trips.

I made the reservation through ***********. They gave me a room on the sixth floor that was being renovated. to get to the rooms you have to go through an open-air balcony where in winter It is very cold. the room for one is fine although they sell it for two. You do not have a night table, some other table with chairs as a desk, no paper or pen It seems that it is a room that they only use for promotions for more than the price is not a promotion cleaning is a disaster because they do not replenish soap or shampoo. and you can see the hairs of the people who clean that remain on the floor only if I have no other option would I return to this hotel otherwise I do not recommend it at least the room that is on promotion

Stayed one night Sep '22 room was clean, spacious, comfy beds, nice warm shower. Plenty natural light during daytime. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast is served off-site at a local cafe. However when we declined owing to lack of kosher-certification, the hotel immediately refunded us the difference in cash.

El hotel está absolutamente descuidado. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Habitaciones sin mantenimiento. Limpieza pésima. Los productos del desayuno no son frescos o de buena calidad y se ve en el color de los mismos. Lo que es muy bueno es el trato en la recepción. Realmente deja mucho que desear, por el mismo valor o más económico se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor. No lo recomiendo
