Will start this review by saying " why rely on the surroundings of your property to gouge the customers" answer : because you can do it .but what this does is create a resentment of the managers of the property instead of becoming a destination that we would go back to again and again .the numbers below are for a stay during what is considered the off season ,( mid April 2024) imagine what the price would be during peak season !The reason I put a 3 is because of the surroundings , but the management certainly takes advantage of this .On this trip we stayed at very nice boutique hotels in Calistoga , Healdsburg, and Sausalito and they were all less $ than Timber Cove , and they at least give you a small gift bag , aromatherapy diffuser for room, bottled water, small touches at each of the three hotels .Timber Cove seems to believe that having a record player that plays vinyl is special :) !! That is something that is so over played ,and trendy ! For over $ 900 dollars how about having a wall switch in any of the spaces besides the bathroom ! Every light in the main living area has a switch on the cord leaving you to bumble through just to turn on a light ! We have "glamped" in tiny homes that had better wiring ......seriously ! Three cookies for a party of two is what you can expect for over $900...nope never again !
