Great accomodation with ample space. Washing machine, heated floor, air-conditioned rooms too.

Location is really good, its my 2nd time staying there. 2 convenience stores within 5mins walk. Auto-car parking system is great too, just that takes awhile to retrieve the car. Checking in and out is also smooth and swift, will definitely choose to stay here when I am back in jeju!

The room smells of urine when we check in and we have to open the windows to air the room. Generally, the room is spacious and clean despite the initial pungent smell. The automatic carpark system is also quite complicated to use for the first timer. Fortunately, some other guest provided some guidance. Important is to use the nail to tap the car number as the key pad is too sensitive to touch. Lastly, no room service is provided. If you stay for a week, I am not sure if they will be changing your towel. We did manage to get fresh towel from the receptionist on the third day. This residence is very near the airport. So if you have an early flight, it is convenient to get to the airport in the early morning. There is also plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, and you will be spoil for choices.

The hotel is ideally situated within walking distances of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket and Daiso. Taking the public buses to various attractions is easy. And these bus-stops are a mere 3 to 5 mins walk from the hotel. The amenities in the room were sufficient for one's stay. The kitchenette and the washing machine was a bonus! Detergent was provided with the washing machine.  The hotel does not provide housekeeping services throughout the stay. A sweeper mop is provided in the room for one to clean the room. Kudos to the reception staff. The young staff who manned the front desk during the day were friendly and polite. The young man was extremely helpful, going out of his way to book us a taxi when we were at a Hallasan trail.

We booked a 4-person room with my parents. The room was spacious, with a sofa and dining table, and it was not crowded for 6 people. The room was clean, fully equipped, and heated. The bathroom was a little small but separated the wet and dry areas. You can see the sea and the airport from the window. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants, so it is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is always water noise in the room, and the curtains are not particularly light-blocking (many hotels in Jeju Island are like this), but it is fine with earplugs and eye masks.

The itinerary was well arranged, great. The itinerary was changed temporarily due to teacher reasons, and Ctrip customer service still helped to coordinate it. The customer service was very professional, and I was very satisfied with the entire trip.

Super good! The location is very convenient. The bus stop is 1 minute away, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is like a commercial and residential apartment, with a kitchen where you can cook your own food. I looked carefully and found that the cabinets are all good Korean brands. The room is large and clean, and it is very spacious for two people. Many guests are Chinese, and it seems that there are Chinese staff as well. The service is OK. I will choose this one next time.

The room was very clean. The little boy at the front desk could speak Chinese and was very enthusiastic. He asked us about a specialty store we wanted to go to and helped us find it on the map. He answered all our questions. I will stay there again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel has a good location, there are parking spaces for self-driving cars, and there are public parking spaces nearby. It is also close to Baojian Street for shopping. The only downside is that the hot water in the bathroom is hot and cold.

The room is clean and tidy, and has a refrigerator, microwave and other small appliances. The location is in the city center, very convenient to attractions, and it only takes five minutes to walk to eat.

The location is really convenient, very close to the duty-free shop and the airport. There is a pedestrian street called Jianbao Road, many convenience stores and snack bars. Most importantly, it is very clean and soundproof. It is a two-bedroom, one-living room apartment, very suitable for friends and family outings. The front desk is very friendly.
