Ulasan Amber Hotel Jeju

Lokasinya dekat dengan bandara, dan Lotte City Hotel (toko bebas bea) berada tepat di depan hidung saya. Terletak di jalan di mana beberapa bus lewat. Itu tidak terlalu dekat dengan tempat wisata, tapi tidak apa-apa karena saya akan mengejar pesawat keesokan harinya. Ada teknik penjemputan dan pengiriman, jadi saya pergi ke bandara dengan nyaman. Disarankan jika Anda tiba di Jeju pada malam hari atau kembali lebih awal keesokan harinya. Tidak ada yang bisa dilakukan di sekitar. Sebuah toko serba ada di seberang jalan dan ada beberapa restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Pemandangannya tidak bagus karena berada di lantai bawah. Hotel ini tidak sempurna, tapi itu bersih dan memuaskan untuk harga. Tempat tidurnya lebar jadi saya berguling-guling Sepertinya fasilitas secara keseluruhan sedikit berbeda untuk setiap kamar. Staf meja depan ramah dan terima kasih telah merespons segera. Saya telah tinggal yang nyaman. :)

Very bad experience in this hotel. The guy in the front desk is rude and unfriendly. Bad room system waste me more than 2 gold hours in jeju. Strongly not recommended.

Last minute booking of this hotel due to flight cancelled. Near jeju international airport and shopping street. Spacious room for 3 pax and nice breakfast

Overall, good! But the bathroom had some dirty spots and on one morning the shower water wasn’t hot, barely warm. The door / walls is very thin too so I heard a very loud argument happening between other guests.

Location is only 15 minutes drive away from airport.

Cons: 1. Parking — extremely small parking space available for guest. At most, it is able to fit 3 cars at the front of the hotel, and 3 cars at the back of the hotel. If you’re driving, be prepared to pass your car keys to the reception for them to re-arrange the cars as and when needed for other guests to leave the hotel due to the tight parking space. 2. Hygiene level — upon checking in to the hotel, there were strand of hair stuck to the faucet of the shower head; and the drainage system for the shower was extremely slow causing puddles of water while showering. The rain shower was not fully functional, causing the water to splatter in all direction. 3. Suspicious wire behind mirror — we also realised there was a wire hidden behind the mirror; it is either that the wiring was exposed or that it is connected so something else. However, the mirror had no light, thus it was hard to tell what it was for. Pros: 4. Location — extremely near shopping and eating streets; two streets away! And it is also close to Lotte Mart and other Mary’s (if you drive). 5. Service — front desk was extremely helpful; giving us direction for the nearest mart, shopping place, and also stored our meat overnight in a proper fridge for us to retrieve the following morning before our flight. Overall, a basic hotel that has good location (near to airport and city centre), and at affordable pricing if you’re not picky. Maintenance is not good — despite the renovation.

Room is big and is well located. Parking lots are limited though.

It's relatively clean but not so special.

衞生：我們住了4天，床單被套都沒有更換過，臟了衹能反過來蓋。水也沒有補。通知了男前台有給了水，但是答應了我們第二天更換的床上用品沒有更換。房間衞生一般。 環境：很悶，不透氣。 設施：空調對着頭，這設施真的是無語了。對着頭吹風難受。隔音很差，樓層小朋友一大早五點開始吵鬧。 服務：前台時不時沒有人。服務也一般般，和價格無法匹配。同行朋友都反饋他們酒店房間可以升級，我們沒有。也不能延遲退房。也沒有華人禮。感覺沒啥禮貌。

1.預訂的時候，酒店名稱琥珀，結果到附近找半天，最後發現改名叫L&L了！攜程為什麼沒有及時更新？ 2.入住時前台告知需要補小童的費用，現場聯繫攜程，折騰半小時，攜程電話我説這是提前告知的，等我點進頁面還真“出現”了到店付費，攜程是不是更新頁面了？我的預訂單裏可沒有這個訊息！累的不行，先交錢入住吧… 3.酒店空調是嵌入屋頂的，吹風口正好朝床頭吹，服氣了！ 4.花灑打開洗澡，確實有一個臭味兒，我衹能和孩子説，這可能是火山硫磺味😅 5.入住前三天都沒給我們加毛巾和礦泉水，説了也沒用，然後第四天才知道我們是三個人入住嗎？ 6.第二天晚上下雨，前台借傘後歸還，一位男同胞在前台投訴，説晚上兩次被陌生人刷開房間，要求調監控，還説房門沒有鏈鎖，嚇得我回去趕緊把椅子堵在門口，後來不知如何解決。 7.保潔員每早不到八點就開始打掃衞生，關鍵是樓道沒有地毯，推車聲音轟隆隆。 8.酒店位置確實挺好，樓下是三無公園十字路口站，有去機場和中心車站的大巴，走不遠是漢拿醫院站，公交很多。免税商場裏能看出經濟形勢如何…
