This hotel was superb and unreal the location etc. The hi light was the breakfast too good to be true

Check-in process is quick. The room space is good for 3 of us as one family. The view is snow mountain view which my wife love it. The bathroom come with bathtub is a favourite of my kid, he was enjoying his shower every time. A joker mart is just opposite of the hotel which make traveller very convenience.

Nice cosy room and comfortable bed. Bathroom comes with bath tub, which is great for relaxation. The breakfast is excellent with a wide spread of quality food, which I had for 3 days and still enjoyed it immensely. The polite staff clear the plates swiftly. The classy and cosy ambience of the Scandinavian designed restaurant makes the morning breakfast even more blissful. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance where one can find everything needed. The Joker supermarket is more like a local supermarket while the Asia supermarket finds other complimentary products such as Asian favour instant noodles. There is a food truck next to the Asia supermarket which serves delicious Asian food. The green curry rice with shrimp was very delicious. It was a wonderful 3 nights stay.

We overnighted for the south bound cruise. Adequate but dated hotel built some time ago. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Location is right smack in the center of town.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight to Oslo. great hotel, clean, location in the heart of the city. There is a bus to the airport from the hotel. I liked everything, an ideal hotel for spending the night and viewing the city for one day. Separately, I want to say about breakfast - super good breakfast. several types of cheese, meat and fish products, egg and potato dishes, vegetables, 6 types of fresh fruits, pastries, sweets, jams, nuts and dried fruits. As a frequent traveler, I want to give this breakfast the highest rating. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again. my recommendations!

Scandic Hotel locates at the center of Kirkenes, walking distance to many shops, grocery, veiwpoint. Reception is nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable, good breakfast.

I booked a family room and a standard room, and was given two standard rooms. When I went to communicate, they said that family rooms meant multiple sofas. I said okay, because I had a child, I could only book a family room. They said they could change to a king-size bed. I said yes, but when I went to see the room, they still gave me a double standard. Finally, I said you should give me what I booked. The management is a bit chaotic. The business is really good. The breakfast is also OK.

You can see the northern lights from the room window. The staff is good. The breakfast is varied. It is located in the city center. It is near convenience stores. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. There is a small meeting room. It is suitable for business discussions. It is easy to travel.

The overall facilities of the room are normal, the front desk service is very good, the breakfast is good, there is a supermarket and a restaurant next to it, which is quite convenient, and there is an airport bus at the door. Overall it is good.

Scandic is a standard hotel chain, so you don't have to worry about hygiene. I especially want to praise the front desk guy Yang, who said he used to be a shipbuilding engineer. The service was very, very perfect, and he was very patient in answering questions. He also helped me book a taxi, and he took the initiative to help me call to cancel the reservation when I made a mistake.
