整個酒店的確大的像個行宮似的，從外圍到門口得開車，裝修挺氣派的，房間設施裝修還可以，房間大小一般，早餐衹有一個位置能正對看到海景。吉達對比利雅得真的潮濕

The staff lacks professionalism in working and solving problems. I travel a lot and have stayed in the largest hotels, but unfortunately the hotel lacks in finding solutions or compensating the guests in any way that satisfies the guest and relies only on his name, but I will definitely not book again.

The Ritz Jeddah is spectacular! The staff are very warm and friendly. I enjoyed my short stay and I had the pleasant of being welcomed and pampered by Mart Chua at the Spa. He made me the best ginger tea that was so delicious! His hospitality is beyond and has a very happy approach! He made my stay super fun and made a big difference! He is just superb!

Outstanding experience at the hotel. Was treated like royalty. I was a part of a conference. On noticing that I was picking my food carefully, Pradeep Kumara, the Chef, asked me I was a vegetarian, with the exception of eating eggs. I was then asked to wait for a few minutes while he drummed up a piping hot veg biryani. For the next couple of days I was treated to a wonderful feast of Indian food- sumptuous, tasty and made to feel special. That touch went a long way. The same thing should be said for breakfast. The team, consisting of Vikki Kumar, Lolith, Mohannad, Rohit Kumar all remembered my preferences (cappucino, Omlette made a certain way)...and next they appeared even without me asking. The front office reception, Noora and Abdallah were awesome. Small touches go a long way and these were examples of how i was made to feel really comfortable. Thank you team!

Our stay was amazing. Beautifully decorated property, Ritz-level attention to details. The lobby, featuring oriental style is simply stunning. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Great lunch and service in the restaurants. Very professional and helpful staff. The location is on the waterfront, easily accessible by taxi or uber. Drive from Al-Balad about 15-20 min. Drive to the airport around 20 min. You can also walk on the waterfront but it is a long way to downtown.

We booked the Ritz Jeddah after reading so many positive reviews. However, the start of our stay has been nothing but disappointment. Yes, it is a spectacular property but the service is definitely lacking. Example, 1. four hours after check in, I am still waiting for the rollaway bed for my son. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and the only option offered to feed my kids who wanted a snack was a buffet at approx. USD100 per person for food that has been lying there for 5 hours at least. No a la carte menu available. It is F1 week in Jeddah but not many people in yet, so this poor service has no excuse.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Jeddah with great location to Alhamra corniche Staff were excellent specially the front desk Mr. Albader who I met during check in and check out so helpful and amazing personality and the way he deal with customers in professional way so thankful to him The suite was perfect with huge space and having great view to corniche Housekeeping were very helpful day and night to make sure everything is perfect The spa was amazing with great jacuzzi and sauna but unfortunately no swimming pool here Mr. Vickie was the restaurant manager at breakfast time having great personality with humble attitude who I respect more special thanks to him and I will make sure to meet him again if I pass again The caramel cafe Saudi worker were very excellent and very helpful and you must try their macrons and sweet

The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the service at the hotel were truly noteworthy. The comfort of the room was enjoyable, and you could easily adjust the room temperature . The staff were always very polite and friendly. The only downside was the lack of an outdoor seating area; I hope they find a solution for this soon, as it would be great to have a place to enjoy the nice weather outside. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to thank them for their service."
