Setelah terakhir kali saya menginap di hotel ini dan sangat menikmati waktu saya di sini, maka saya memutuskan untuk memesan lagi, namun sayangnya saya kesulitan untuk check-in karena petugas di meja depan menagih saya lagi dengan jumlah uang yang sama dengan yang saya bayarkan. aplikasi sambil menyatakan bahwa masalahnya adalah reservasi tidak muncul di layarnya dan dia tidak meminta maaf kepada saya atas ketidaknyamanan ini. Saya rasa itu sudah cukup bagi saya dan saya merusak keputusan saya untuk tidak tinggal di sini lagi

Kamar hotel tidak besar, gym besar, peralatan sangat lengkap, tidak ada kolam renang, ada sarapan, harga tidak buruk, sinyal WiFi bagus, tersedia air panas, direkomendasikan.. .Baru direnovasi

I stayed here for two nights and found it to be good value, especially considering how expensive Saudi Arabia can be. Jeddah is a sprawling city that kind of lacks a centre, with everywhere only being accessible by car, therefore the location is as good as it can be really. There was a street with some restaurants and a small supermarket about a 15 minute walk away, although it was sometimes a bit tricky to cross the busy highway. The staff at check-in were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, shower hot and powerful and wifi strong. Only critiques would be that there is a lack of plug sockets by the bed and the plug in the bathroom didn’t fit properly, meaning the water drained out easily, both very minor issues. Overall I’d recommend this hotel and would stay again if I were to return to Jeddah.

Excellent location. Beautiful clean hotel, powerful hot showers, daily cleaning. Dont book breakfast or other meals in advance, cheaper to pay on the day (£8 breakfast / £15 lunch or dinner). Simple buffet, not the widest choice but decent. Soft drinks £5 at meals only downside. Overall a great stay. Taxis outside will try to overcharge if. meter is not on. Make sure meter is reset before each trip or just price your trip on Uber app first to give an idea of what trip should cost.

Nice stay well located hotel But rooms are bit cramped and breakfast menu is limited and repeptative

The hotel is not very close to Al Balad (the old town), but the bus stop (line 7A) is just 250m away from the hotel for both directions (Al Balad or Al Khalidia). The hotel has a very European feel and it is perfect for 2 or 3 nights while you explore Jeddah. I would return if I come to Jeddah again.

Not bad , just the price a little high, rooms a little small :)

The hotel itself is clean but the rooms are very small and there's almost nothing but the absolute base. You have to call 4 times and remind them extra 3 times just for them to help you with anything in your room. I have asked them to join two beds together and they keep forgetting over and over again to send someone. Waited a whole hour for it, it's insane!. The room is clean, and the prices are honestly really good. Sometimes I find discounts on it for 180 before taxes which is nice. The location is a bit tricky to get to, but that's not their fault, they were there before the roads had changed construction. Front desk/receptionists are the best, always super friendly and easy going. I would say they are the best thing about this place.

Never book this hotel again . Bad facilities, Mosquito size room and bed. And not reasonable prices!

Very attractive and nice

Overall for the price the room was a good size and clean. Unfortunately Was given a smoking room as no non smoking rooms available. Not great when have a sore throat. Shower was leaking but the rest is amenities were good.

One of the best Ibis I have stayed. Clean, breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing. Cheap price compared to the serivice. Only negative comment, it's very cold in the lobby that made me sick (
