Friends were telling me that location was an issue but I didn’t find it a hassle cos I could just hop on Grab to go anywhere. When I arrived I was greeted by the guard and the front desk personnel. Unfortunately I didn’t remember their names but they were the nicest people I’ve ever met in Jakarta. Hotel room was great although there were issues with the AC, the night duty personnel was quick to resolve the issue by giving me another room. I didn’t even have to go to the lobby to get this arranged. The staff came up and gave me a card to another room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they didn’t refill the food in a timely manner but I wasn’t too worried cos I could just order food from somewhere else. I did feedback to them about the breakfast and the duty manager was quick to compensate me with a later check out on my next visit. I didn’t expect this but it was good to know that they care for their guests. Overall, the hotel did a great job. It was beyond my expectation. I would come back to this place again!

For our visit to Jakarta my partner and I decided to stay in this hotel. It was an excellent choice! The hotel is nice and has a good location, our room on the 18th floor was modern with a beautiful view, the food was delicious and plenty of choice in the buffet and lounge. The staff was lovely. A special thank you to Melati who did the check-in and check-out, she gave us a warm welcome, we felt very much appreciated!

it was a great hotel to stay if you want an easy access to public transportation. so if you want to use public transportation you can consider to stay at this hotel to make your stay easier for getting and access to the public transportation

I love it even though it located beside shopping mall, the ambience is calm and i didn’t hear any noice from outside. Overall great ❤️🔥

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

Take 30 minutes just to find parking space before check in, the hotel should have dedicated place for staying guest instead of mix all space with guest parking (especially during hotel event such as meeting, wedding, etc) The room and toilet has nice ambiance, but the mini bar has no complimentary food/drink (other than plain water) The hotel was too crowded due to ongoing event, The pool is not big but quite cozy with pool bar The buttler service is good

Strategic location, good ambiences. During check in, request free mineral water behind receptionist, good location, near to food area and easy to roaming around Jakarta

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality
