Good and suitable for travel, but the hotel doesnt provide dustbin, aircond not function properly.

The hotel is not bad - typical city hotel working with a lots of group. The lobby is always crowded also is noisy earlier in the morning in the corridors when people are leaving. The rooms are fine , not small . Just the bath is a bit old.

we had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. what i love about it is the security. it is very tight, makes my family and i feel safe and secure. the room was spacious and clean even if we added an extra bed. they even provide you with a type G plug outlet (malaysia/uk) if you didn’t bring your universal adapter. the food was great. everything was nice. i love the variety of foods provided.

Overall quite good and comfortable staying at fave hotel ltc, clean & the service is also quite okay. The problem of small cockroaches tbhat used to be very numerous and disturbing has improved, they rarely appear but there are still a few Only yesterday the neighboring room which contained children who had just grown up was very disturbing because they were noisy running around in the corridor of the room

Clean. Comfy. Put DND at the door, they slipped a note under the door saying they didn’t make the room and would do it upon request. So nice

Room cleanliness seemed ok, however there was a baby cockroach on both nights that I stayed! Killed one and another one appeared the following night 😵💫 The staff was quick to come up and help spray some insecticide and offered a room change. There’s no comb in the room, just the basic toothbrush, toothpaste, body shop and shampoo. Space in the room was ample though.

The location of the hotel is superb. It’s right at the centre of the old town. We have booked four rooms for our stay. The other three rooms were perfectly fine. Just that my room has a lot of cockroaches. But the hotel staff swiftly changed a room for me.

This hotel suites for concert goers especially in Ancol with Japan vibes throughout single area. Smart tv in room. Also, you’ll get ice cream as warm welcome.

Found a cockroach in the toilet and it killed my mood. Also, experienced some complication with the check-in process and decided to move to other hotel.
