We arrived with motion sickness in the early motioning, thanks for the very understanding reception team, we were able to check in by 10am already - I’m very thankful of that. The team is exceptional and I sense the eagerness of them providing best service to the guests , thank you very much!
The property is very beautiful, some rooms seem to be a bit worn out though.

This hotel reflects the architecture of the ancient times. The rooms are large, marbeld floors give you a cooling effect. Some of the rooms open to the courtyard. The high ceilings and light work provides an elegant touch. The only downside is that you have to climb the stairs to get to your room. This hotel does not have a lift The dining staff are friendly and always wanting you try various local cuisine. Particular mention to Shankar who made our dining experience great

This is a charming hotel with historic architecture and decor. The location is a bit strange as it is located between many auto repair shops in a not so great environment. But once you enter, it’s like an oasis of calm. The breakfast is served outside on a patio and is very pleasant. The first night we found the mattress to be very hard and we asked the front desk to address this. When we came back from touring, we found that they had replaced the mattress with a softer one. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Beautiful building - ancestral summer home converted to a heritage hotel in the 1990s. The room was large, bed was ok, didn’t need the air con so can’t comment on effectiveness or noise. The room did have a ceiling fan. The place has style but needs an update. All the staff are pleasant and helpful The sitting areas are nice as is the pool area, the pool is cold. After 2 nights the menu is limited ….. equally breakfast is a little limited but there is an egg ***. It’s fairly central so be prepared for traffic noise and noise within the hotel is noticeable. All depends what experience you want

I have stayed in hotels the world over. This one is by far the worst. Don’t be taken in by the photos. They don’t represent what it’s really like there. There is a horrible smell in the area that I can’t even describe. It permeates your hair, your skin and your clothing. Most of the plumbing does not work saggy old beds. Somewhat unfriendly waiters. My advice to you is run the other way!! This was a completely horrible experience.

We’ve stayed here several times as a family and for business. (2 toddlers) Truly, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else while in Jaipur. We are taken care of tirelessly and you really feel like apart of the family. The architecture is stunning and the countless hours of hand painted details will keep your eyes wandering for days within the walls. Whatever you need, they have you. There is so much bustle to Jaipur and once you enter the premises, you’re transported to somewhere serene. If you stay here, you WILL enjoy your time and you may not want to leave! Get to know the staff and whomever you come across while you’re there. They are devoted to you and the least we can do as guests is to show them that we care about each other. See you guys again! ❤️ until next time

The building has character that is the best I can say about it. From our arrival to checking out we've only once received poorer service from hotel staff in all our seven trips to India. Our room located up numerous winding concrete steps was very tired and could have done with a good clean. We never ate in the evenings during our stay so can't comment on that meal, however breakfast was very poor. We ate reasonably early but found that the food was barely warm and quite often the containers were almost empty. On one occasion another diner dropped a slice of bread on the floor and one of the waiters put it through the toaster and attempted to put it on my plate. As for the *** playing his instrument in the courtyard, it was okay once, however hearing the exact tune over and over again was a bit much. On the plus side I think he was the only member of staff that acknowledged us during our two night stay. The photos make this look like a lovely place to stay when actually it is quite the opposite!

Beautiful place in Jaipur to stay. People are nice in thé restaurant and réception, also the musician of the hôtel. Very good swimming pool and affordable food in the restaurant. Spécial mention for Stella the french bulledog. A part of History in Jaipur.

Lovely hotel with unique rooms. Superb staff. Great food. Handy location in the middle of Jaipur. Cannot fault it. Each room is different. Well appointed. I'm not sure what it used to be but imagine it was a private residence at some point. Lovely.
