Excellent location, service, people, nature with so many species in the park. The food was good too and breakfast more than generous. Super friendly staff! I will come back.

More a hotel for summer. In December was quite cold. In general the hotel needs a new polish. The chairs cushion was broken. The cushion on the chairs were broken. The bathroom was quite old and shabby. Night stand was broken. The tap was dripping. Too high price for that quality.

This was a very good hotel in its own oasis in Jaipur. Our room was on the top floor with access to a shared courtyard. As a very fair traveller this was preferable to one of the garden rooms as I get bitten senseless by insects. The room was beautiful and housekeeping kept it beautifully. We used the same day laundry service which was very good. Peacocks roam freely around the grounds ***** with chipmunks and other interesting birds such as parakeets. We were half board at this hotel and the evening restaurant manager was very good at explaining the gluten free options for us and sorting us out with substitutes. There was no gluten free bread in the first day for breakfast but the breakfast manager made sure we had it for the subsequent breakfasts. The evening entertainment of traditional music and dancing was very enjoyable.

It’s a very beautiful place in a very good location. They have an amazing restaurant and a great Bar (Bar Palladio) at the property and also many shops for shopping. The people are very nice and rooms are spacious and I would totally recommend a stay there

I had an excellent stay! The staff were very polite and nice, especially Vishal at the front office during check-in. The food was delicious, and the folk dance performance added a wonderful cultural touch to the experience.Good job, keep it up!! I also have morning walk 16KM from Narayan Niwas to Amber Fort during my stay

We had a very good experience at Narain Niwas Palace. The service offered by the staff was nothing short of royal treatment! Special mention to Gyan Ji and Satya Narayan Ji for catering to every guest's dietary needs during breakfast, attentively. The overall ambience of the property was lovely and peaceful despite it being centrally located in the city. Would highly recommend Narain Niwas for stay when in Jaipur to experience heritage and culture.

Beautiful historical property that offers respite from the hectic pace and noise of Jaipur. Excellent variety of Indian and Western options at breakfast. Several restaurants on the property are convenient and tasty, although somewhat pricey. Staff felt a little stiff. Not everyone at the reception was welcoming. At checkout we were asked to pay for charges before being shown the list of charges. Restaurant, porters, and grounds staff were wonderful. There was a cultural show at the Imperial Lancers restaurant, but the quality was mediocre.

I have been staying in this hotel for over two decades. Perfect place to unwind when you are on a holiday. Very relaxing ambience on a business trip. Fantastic food. The way the staff interacts with the guests is overwhelming. very respectful and courteous. If you are in Jaipur you must stay at this place.

My experience at the Narain Niwas Palace Hotel was truly delightful. The ambience of the property was exceptional, offering a serene and regal atmosphere throughout. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a beautiful garden view and a private balcony that added to the overall charm. The staff were incredibly polite and humble, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The food was also quite good, adding to the enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay.

Serene and quiet oasis in the middle of city, this place is an oasis with lush green lawns and trees. Peacocks and all kinds of birds make it a great experience for kids and grownups. Rooms with rajasthani royal touch are nicely done and include two sit out areas with each. Staff is courteous and three inhouse restaurants offer you a variety of cuisines. The Bar Palladio and the Orleans Coffee Shop are as picturesque and serve nice food. Overall this is a surprisingly well kept place. Bonus we also met Shreyas Iyer, the cricketer who was staying in the same hotel. Narain Niwas Palace Hotel made our Jaipur stay memorable.

I was sooo looking forward to come here but was very very disappointed. The place altogether from outside is beautiful. The rooms are old , towels are grey and old . Breakfast is not good at all . Spa the massage is good but the whole spa place is so sad old and let go and very depressing . Yoga mats were disaster and the towels old and dirty Would not recommend here as a 5 star hotel .

Great hotel grounds, nice breakfast. Could improve on wifi in rooms but not a big deal for me. There are peacocks and squirrels here! Nice to be able to enjoy nature while being in a somewhat strategic location. I had a great time overall and would recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at Narian Niwas! The property is awesome – beautifully maintained and full of charm. The room was clean and cozy, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the entire experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly felt at home and would love to come back again.
