So we reached Jaipur at 1AM in the morning and as we entered the hotel few guests were fighting with the reception guys for some room issue, after 15 mins they asked for our ID (Me, My Mom and my Dad. After showing them the ID the reception guys started saying we cannot accept your moms id because in her name her husband name is not written and we made them understand not in every ID husbands name is return and they completed rejected saying we cannot provide checkin you do whatever you want. My mom who is 54 and my dad who is above 60 and these people wanted a proof to show if my mom dad are married they also asked for marriage certificate. They started yelling at us and even I started yelling and then they said do whatever you want we won’t accept. This is the worst experience with OYO properties. These reception people are just sitting their with no knowledge they were also puffing cigarettes in front of us. Is this what OYO all about? I am never booking any room from OYO
