SMS Hotel

We went there for rakhi festival 2024 as a family. They made our stay memorable with minute detailing and extra care. My dad 92yrs and a child of 7 months in the family guests enjoyed thoroughly. The food was very tasty. They made special n Bful arrangements for the birthday celebration. I recommend this as a must stay place for a short vacation. The property has more than 200 peacocks which you see roaming around rooms and garden area.

Even though Google has this hotel listed as a 3-star hotel, it very definitely is not, it is absolutely a 5 star hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished and well maintained (we stayed in a Royal Villa with Courtyard and Pool). Indrani and her team could not have been more welcoming, friendly and professional, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was memorable. It is well located although transport is needed to get everywhere and see the sights of Jaipur. The front desk team were brilliant at getting us where we needed to go and our driver Anil was very accommodating, helpful and friendly, highly recommend.

If you want to reside in a hotel which will literally tailor the stay to you, then this is the place. The customer service is the best I have ever seen and they take care of your every need. Being overwhelmed with all the flavours in Jaipur, I wanted some more simple meals and dinners and they prepared this for me on most nights which were not included on the main menus. They also made us packed lunches on departure for the airport and tailored this to my lactose intolerance without me having to remind them. This is a little oasis in the craziness of Jaipur and completely away from the hustle and bustle. You will see peacocks walking around and an amazing beautiful garden. Whilst this lacks the grandness of its famous next door neighbour, it more than makes up for it with it’s charm and intimacy.

This property is magical. Connected to the Rambagh Palace which was built in 1835, you feel like you're in a storybook. The lighting, the peacocks that roam the property, the gracious and warm staff, the absolutely amazing and attentive service, made our experience wonderful. The Sawai *** Mahal is hands down one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at. Will definitely be back.

This is easily one of the most beautiful properties of IHCL i have been to. Lush greenery and beautiful peacocks roaming around, we were lucky to see a couple of them dancing as well. First of all, the hassle free check in by Devendra and the property tour on the way to our rooms was just the beginning of our amazing stay with this hotel. The highlight of this property would be the restaurant La Mesa celebrating the Spanish food. Thanks to Priyal for helping us with the menu with suggestions and taking care of us. Thanks to Mausumi for the warm welcome everyday during the breakfast service and helping us with the suggestions. We loved each and every item there. Thanks to Chef Abhishek and Chef Virendra for all the delicious food. The Spanish cuisine is a must try here. Last but not the least, the housekeeping lead by Ravindra Rathore are doing an amazing job in keeping everything perfect. Kaushik and Madhu have done a great job with our room, it was very clean and fresh.

Staying at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and the luxurious room exceeded our expectations. The amenities, exquisite dining options, and impeccable service made our stay truly exceptional.

One of the best luxury hotels ever. The service is exceptional. The rooms are small private attached villas, spacious, huge bathroom with tub and shower. The restaurants are delicious. Great whiskey/wine bar. Multiple peacocks roam the grounds all the time. The pool and jacuzzi great.

The entire Sawai *** Mahal experience was exquisite. The rooms, dining and event were top notch. Hospitality was always apparent! The grounds are well kept and it was fun to experience the many peacocks around the resort. Highly recommend!
