Govindam Royal Stay

Very good location: 10-30 minutes walk to the main attractions. I had a room with a balcony, ***** which sometimes a flock of monkeys from a nearby park walked. The room is cozy and clean. The service is good, the staff is polite.

It was a very bad experience with the hotel. After we checked-in into the room we found the bedsheet and duvet cover was very dirty and covered with body hairs. We immediately informed the reception team to check the bedsheet but the boy who came to check informed us that the housekeeping guy was not available and told us to wait for some time. After waiting for sometime no one turned up and so upon checking in the reception we found that they were just chilling and drinking tea at the reception. The behaviour of the team is very unprofessional and they didn't bother up for their guests. When we confronted them then only the housekeeping guy came with new bedsheets and cover however the duvet cover was still very dirty and was full of hairs. After a lot of requests finally they agreed to change and gave us the blanket from the other room. There was no apology from the team instead they were normalising and saying that hairs came from the outside window but there was not one or two hairs There were plenty of hairs to be found in both bedsheets, pillow and duvet covers which was quite surprising. Anyways that's it so I would not recommend anyone to stay with such an unhygienic hotel.

The hotel is new and still a lot of things remain to be completed. But the stay was good - cold and hot water without problems. Mattress was very hard but maybe somebody likes it. Soundproof was not good, so was difficult to sleep due to loud sounds (cars and barking dogs) outside.

Lake View From The Hotel Terrace is Awesome. My Room is Super Clean and Staff is So friendly. Food Taste is Really Amazing . Nahargarh Fort View and Lake View from Terrace enhances my Experience. I wist to Be there Again . Highly Recommended

Good hotel. Within a 1 km range to hawa mahal. I do not like thier food taste. Restaurant does not have much sitting capacity. Food taste was not good. So i only had breakfast for 3 days and dinner for 1 day

Best stat near Govind Dev ji temple , all amenities were superb . View from restaurant is superb . Rooms were clean . Staff was friendly. Food was really awesome. Rates are really reasonable. Affordable rooms best prices . All places nearby like Govind Dev ji.
