Jaffna is truly a hidden gem Anyone visiting srilanka should visit jaffna.! My stay at jaffna heritage hotel was amazing. Hospitality was on point. Breakfast had authentic jaffna food. We were greeted with huge smiles everywhere we went. Not everyone knows about jaffna but the simplicity of this place blew us away. 5 minutes away from the nallur temple. I will come back again! Leaving jaffna with a huge smile on my face and my heart full.

Hospitality of the staff is exemplary!. Amazing Srilankan vegetarian food was cooked and served by the chef. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nallur Murugan temple is at walking distance. Peaceful environment; ideal stay for vegetarians!

This place is awesome for the stay. Neat , clean and good food available for South Indians compared to rest of the places in Srilanka. Compact rooms and pool facilities available. One of the better place to stay in Jaffna also near to the temple.

Raaeepam in the receptionist was good. The hotel was too good and food was amazing. Looking for Indian food then this is a best option. Swimming pool was small but clean and nice. Rooms are good and large. Visiting jaffna, then this stay is perfect.

The hotel was very well maintained. The building and layout was filled with lovely traditional designs, it was a pleasure ti experience. We had breakfast included, and the food was excellent as well. The staff was extremely kind and accomadating. Strong recommend!

Jaffna Heritage Hotel service was soo good that I'm going to come to Jaffna just to stay there. The service by Rajeevan when we arrived in the evening was soo friendly and nice. Wijeyakumar who's there during the day gave an outstanding service so friendly and kind helped my father in law when we were out of the hotel as well. Dilakshi the housekeeping girl is soo nice and efficient. We didn't meet the chef's but the taste of the food is enough evidence that they must be outstanding people. Food was absolutely delicious and we loved it. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for providing us with an outstanding stay in Jaffna.

What a fantastic hotel and experience!! It’s more than just a hotel at Jaffna Heritage, the people working there truly care about you and your experience. You can ask them anything and they are extremely knowledgeable about the area surrounding and more. You are very close to most things in Jaffna. Also the beds are super comfy, AC in the room for that Jaffna heat, hot showers, drinking water provided daily, high ceiling spacious rooms. I only have good things to say about this hotel, I would highly recommend to anyone visiting or staying in Jaffna. I also loved that the whole hotel is vegetarian due to the proximity to the temple!

Bonito sitio con una atención excelente. Las habitaciones están limpias y el desayuno es variado. Si algún día vuelvo a Jaffna no dudaré en repetir. Nice place with excellent service. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is varied. If I ever return to Jaffna, I won't hesitate to come back.
