The Hotel is need of a face lift. Smells old , old carpet. Trying to play off Full size beds for queen. I sell mattresses and I know the difference. Would not want to stay at that location again. Oh, 1-elevator it was very old. You should do better for that location. It’s reminded me of an Extended Stay place.

Carpets thru out are old.need to be replaced.in our room there was a big tear in the middle of the floor. All the carpets need t o be extracted or replaced..I was expected more for breakfast/ like eggs n saugage. We got woken up by the adjoining room. Very loud music and talking/door slamming that went from 245am to after 4. Front office did respond after I complained

Carpet was dirty and the bathroom has mold. Also, the refrigerator didn’t work and the microwave. The doors didn’t open well and you have to keep trying for the door to approve the card to open. Same with the doors around the building. Wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t stay again either.

Whole entire place is dirty . From the floors to the walls to the rooms. Bugs were on the headboard in which I believe a bed bug. I requested to switch rooms but the receptionist said no due to me pulling the covers back to check the sheets she can’t “re sell” the room. We were out of town for a wedding so we couldn’t freely just go to another hotel . A roach was crawling on the toilet tissue. Toilet cover had brown stuff on it. Carpets were terrible . Whole facility just needs to be remodeled . The ladies who clean the rooms do they beast they can but I will never ever stay here again .

First impression walking in door. All carpets need to be replaced. Had a dirty feel throughout entire hotel. The elevator was a scary sight. Hotel room also felt dirty bathroom was nasty. Next day husband waited for them to clean room and bring new towels. They said they didn't on a two night stay! My husband had to get fresh towels at the desk. We were almost out of toilet paper before we left. I Paint chipping off walls. Continental breakfast was ok.

Will not stay there again. Room had worthless heater and way overpriced. Will not be recommended to any friends either.

Carpets were in very poor state. Rooms were not at all in hygene state. Common area carpets were horrible condition. Bathroom lot of patches and damages. AC was not working properly and smelling bad.
Only breakfast was good.

1. Table fell on my 1 year old and management did NOTHING about that.
2. Room had mold everywhere and the carpet was dirty and stained.
3. Crumbs all through the sheets and comforters.
4. Unsafe and hazardous.
5 elevator seemed very old. So used the stairs for the whole stay.
6. Front desk has little effort in caring.
7. Room key stopped working called front desk and got an attitude to reactive the key.
8. Garbage left in the room from previous guest.
9. Dusty. Do not stay here if you have allergies. You will regret it.
10. There is animals at this location. Like pets.
11. Towels are not washed properly.
12. Room was very unkept.
