Customer service was friendly but I had to wait a decent amount of time while at the front desk to check in and out.
Rooms are super clean and exceeded my expectations for an extended stay-type hotel. Ample space and plenty of storage!

The property was week maintained and clean. The only issue that people need to consider when staying is the noise. We could hear normal level conversations from the room next door, not much insulation and the highway noise is loud. We wear ear plugs when staying at hotels so it did not bother us much but anyone who is a light sleeper should consider it.

Not so good - Their was quite a bit of hair (that wasn’t mine).. on the bed sheets when I turned back the covers and white comforter as well.
Not so good - Upon checking in.. The 2 trash cans that are outside (at the main entrance)… was overflowing with trash. The next when I went out.. it was even worse, as there were bags of trash sitting on the ground. Which was an eyesore, and presented an unkept appearance.
Devin at the front desk was very pleasant and had great Customer Service!!

Only stayed for a day but it was an excellent stay. Very friendly staff. My room was very nice & modern. Very clean. If Im ever that way again this will definitely be my go to place to stay.

The room was comfortable and well organized. Everything was perfect until I moved a cushion on the sofa and found way too much stuff including a washcloth to know it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff was friendly the coffee machine was amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was perfect! The room had everything needed for the perfect getaway. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was immaculate. The overall hotel did NOT smell musty. In fact it smelled clean and fresh. The staff was accommodating. I can’t recommend it enough! 10 out of 10!

I loved that it had everything you needed, including a kitchen. The decor was very nice. Guests were noisy from the extended stay guests. There was trash overflowing the cans and because of this, there was trash blowing about the property.

The property is brand new and very nice. The room was in great condition. The heat didn't work well, it kept switching back to air conditioning on a relatively cold night in Florida. I set it at 75 on the heat and it kept rolling back to 69 AC.
I generally don't like to stay at "extended stay" type of places when I am travelling and wasn't aware it was a long-term stay place.

It was ok. Front desk mostly staffed by friendly people with one exception of a person who was unpleasant. Room was nice but the AC circulation was faulty.
