best hotel I've ever stayed at. everyone was so nice clean rooms quiet. I had to leave early the next morning, (4am) and they made sure i had a fresh coffee to go. for breakfast they cook each meal to order and fast. great people treat you like family

Nicest people, cleanest motel. The cleanliness is what first impressed me from the time we walked into the office and then into the room. Home cooked breakfast. Lady said 'I have bacon, sausage, eggs and can fix anyway you like including omelets. Several different breads for toast. And a fresh cup of decaf coffee. All the employees and owner were friendly, efficient and nice to deal with. My husband and I stayed one night but would sure stay there again. Highly recommend.

The hotel is an absolute gem. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Very clean. the hotel was very safe. Everyone from the GM to the housekeepers everyone went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

The Best Western in Jackson, AL was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I have used some of the higher end hotel brands and have not received such professional, personal service as I did in my stays at this hotel!! This Best Western is the BEST hotel experience I have ever enjoyed!!! The staff are very friendly and professional!! The hand-cooked breakfast provided by Miss Donna was the gold leave on the icing on the cake!!!

This hotel is well maintained and very clean. Low pet fee. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend staying here. They take your order for breakfast and make it fresh. Nice area to take your pet for relief. I would stay here again if I have the chance!

Price,cleanliness,quietness, every single staff member was kind, and the breakfast was great! We came in right before breakfast was over and we didn't just get picked over left overs what was out was fresh and the whole area was extremely clean but we were asked what can I make for you! You will not be upset with choosing this Best Western.

The owner Mike works in the hotel. He’s a very personable person and enjoyable to talk to. The hotel is being renovated and the renovated room I had was outstanding! It was quiet and very clean. Donna in the breakfast area was super nice! She made us an omelette and it was outstanding! It was so good that I was talking about it later that day. If you’re in Jackson and need a place to stay, go to the BW!

All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and room quality was great. would highly recommend. The breakfast and other amenities were great as well as the wifi and really like the fact that it is all one level and you can park right in front of your room. VERY convenient.
