Lito Hotel

We stayed 7 days in this hotel. It needs quite a lot of renovation to be done because the rooms are very outdated but with just little changes could do a lot (like changing the shower curtains). The bed is amazing though, had a very good sleep! Sound proofing is nonexistant though, you can hear your neighbours speak and going to the toilet. Also the noise from the noisy main street (even on 4th floor) is quite horrible. The staff of this hotel is wonderful, helpful and smiling! The food is not so great. Hotel is very well situated, bus stop near the hotel and just 10 km away from airport and 4 km from the centre. Worth the money, wouldn’t pay more though. The staff also keeps care of the cats so you must know there are cats in many places, also around the pool. Luckily I love cats!

We have just stayed at this hotel for 7 nights all inclusive. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. If you do come to this hotel on an all inclusive deal, just be aware that they don’t serve alcohol spirt drinks until after 6pm. Otherwise if you like Beer or Red or white wine you can drink from 10am till midnight.

When arriving at Lito we were not happy with how the staff approach us when checking in the services was awful we wasn’t told our meal times or anything just told what number our room was, when arriving in the room the room was really untidy and unclean there was tape on the floor on the tile the bathroom was covered in dirty and the bathroom was really small I’m 5ft and I’m 9 stone and I was hitting everything when showering our meals where disgusting half of the things were uncooked so we went eating out for the rest of our trip, we then was told our checkout time so when getting up we were rushed out of the room with the maid knocking on the door and told me to hurry up in a unpleasant manner I will not be going back to Lito hotel as the service and everything else was not worth our money for what we payed, the photos are not what you think the place is it’s more like a hostel

Myself, Husband and 2 teenagers have just returned from staying at the Lito Hotel for 1 week. I would like to leave an honest review for anyone looking at booking. We changed hotel a few weeks b4 to the Lito because originally we were nearer the fires and just wanted to be safe , we had an all inclusive package. Food- it's very repetitive and because its a small hotel the choice is limited, after a few days it was a struggle and in all honesty it wasn't the best, we have been to lots of all inclusive over the years between 3 and 5 star hotels , it just wasn't what we are used to. don't get me wrong you won't starve it's not disgusting but a day or 2 is enough. Staff - absolutely lovely and friendly and helpful, like all Greek people , I can fault the staff at all. Pool bar- lovely staff, only wine and lager and soft drinks until 1800 on all inclusive, you can buy a cocktail for 4 euros, at night you can have spirits and a small cocktail list. the juice is strong and syrupy and kinda spoils the drinks but again if you want to fill up on alcohol then your grand. Pool - nice, big , deep with a small shallow end for little kids, it's a little tired, has been painted and it's peeling but it's cleaned everyday. Rooms - so when we 1st arrived it was 1am, we had 2 rooms, we were allocated rear of the hotel so it looked onto another hotel and the carpark which was really disappointing, I asked if we could change rooms , we could but it cost 50 euros per room. we decided to take the hit on this because we all like a sea view and sun rise/set right ! to keep the room on our last day as we weren't leaving until 1900, it cost 50 euros to keep it until 1800. so that's another 150 euros on top of what we paid. Location- is great, the beach is just across the road and there's sunbeds for the hotel, there's buses, taxi costs 13 euro to the old/new town and 10 euros to return, little ***** of shoos and bar restaurants. Tips- visit the "Ideal sports bar" and "Elesse " bar , turn right when u come out hotel and there both a few mins walk. in particular the Ideal sports bar was fab , the staff so friendly in particular the main waiter, and all the food was amazing and home cooked, don't be put off but the traditional busy menu outside , please go in, this place saved us room the hotel food, really reasonably priced and lovely cocktails. General hotel- it could be found with a revamp, you can see its tired and dated in places, rooms are basic, but beds are comfy , and it's clean which is the main thing. all in all , it was on, average , not terrible so if your already booked don't worry u will still enjoy , if you haven't booked, think carefully if u can afford a 4 star then do it, but if not and you know what your going to then it will be fine .

Good hotel and pool, beach across the road. If you wish to get a sunbed at the beach, go early, as there aren’t many beds. Friday food is the best of the week. Cocktails after 6pm are really good. On the downside, the hotel is a bit dated, but it is reflected in the price. No ac in the public rooms.

For a 3 star hotel it was lovely it has a little wear and tear in the rooms but it was kept really clean and we has fresh bedding regularly and clean towels everyday. The main thing we loved about our holiday was that it was a small hotel on the beach front and all the staff every single one of them was really lovely, polite, friendly and helpful and made us really welcome they where like one big family and they all worked really well together especially Astrit and Efi on the pool bar. It was a fantastic holiday we loved it. :) xx The food was basic to please every nationality and could have been hotter but we where all inclusive and enjoyed every meal. The hotel is in a great spot and local bus stops out side the hotel 2 euro 50 each to Rhodes old Town which is beautiful. Across the road there are sun loungers on the beach that belong to the hotel and there free. Beach is pebbles but view is lovely and sea was clean and warm. We would deffinatly go back we loved it

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, and we are thrilled to give it a perfect 10/10 rating. The staff's professionalism and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression. The location right by the water and a short 10-minute drive to the old town was a dream come true, allowing us to enjoy both tranquility and cultural exploration. The staff's commitment to exceptional service was evident from the attentive receptionist to the delightful restaurant team. The live music on Friday nights added a special touch to the already fantastic atmosphere. One interesting aspect was the cool breeze from the north, offering a refreshing contrast to the hotter and more humid atmosphere as we headed south towards Lindos, about a half-hour drive away. This made us appreciate the hotel's location even more. All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. This hotel truly deserves a 10/10 rating for delivering everything we could have hoped for in a memorable getaway.

Really nice hotel. The staff, lifeguard and bar staff are all very very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, the pool is fantastic very big and it was easy to find a sun lounge. The private beach is also a big plus, we wanted to swap rooms due to other guests being loud, and that was not an issue we really appreciated this. Location is also great for the price, cannot fault this hotel at all. We opted out of the all inclusive so we can’t comment on the food, we would of maybe liked a later check out time than 11am but there was a shower room and somewhere to store our luggage. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable :)

Just back from staying in Lito and unfortunately would not go back. Firstly I would like to say the rooms are a good size and bathroom also adequate (good shower) and housekeepers came in everyday and changed bedding and towels daily which was very good but thats where it ends. Breakfast had a varied choice but unfortunately the hot buffet was cold..as was lunch and dinner. Soup was vegetable lunch and dinner everyday and tasted of absolutely nothing as did most of the meals served. We were there 10 days all inclusive but ate out most days. The swimming pool does not get the sun until around 11.30 which was obviously dissapointing.....we went to the beach due to this. Has only one bar in the whole place which is around the pool.. Only beer and wine/soft drinks up until 6pm when you can get spirits after that... No water available freely had to buy this.Lovely reception area with lots of sofas etc but no one used them as there is no facilities for a drink or coffee other than walking down the steep steps to the pool bar then bringing it back.The staff did not impress either... not at all friendly with the exception of the young man at reception who was always very pleasant and had a smile for you. Bar staff had no personality at all as was the staff in restaurant where they did not look happy to be there either. No book corner where we could do a book swap with other people... I read 4 books when i was there then had to bin them due to no book exchange ..Could be a good 3 star hotel but felt no one taking an interest on the negative things that could be put right quite easily with the right management.
