The double bedroom and the bathroom (with shower) are in the second storey. The duplex can welcome up to 5 persons thanks to an extra bed (for children) available on request. And for sunny days, you will enjoy to sit on the little court. Entrance: The studio is located in a house. You will also find the Ixelles 2, 3 and 4 apartments in the same house. If you travel by group, the Fernand Coq is located in the neighboring house.\nThe neighborhood: Ixelles is a living, multicultural and full of hot spots quarter! The apartment enjoys a nice location and you will have every facility at hand: Place Fernand Cocq, at a 4 minutes' walk: restaurants, bars, snack bars, chemists… and at a 5 minutes' walk, near the Chaussée d'Ixelles: a laundry room, little stores, a bookshop, supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour) and many boutiques.Try exotic flavored dishes!
