"We traveled along the Golden Ring and stayed for 2 nights. We lived in a suite with a sauna on the 8th floor (we warmed ourselves in it for 2 evenings, a nice option). The room is clean, very interesting design - a mixture of American country style, Russian hut and European modernity, all the necessary items are present, the maids and reception are responsive and work quickly. The breakfasts are decent, there is a choice, a nuance - the line of dishes is somehow... a bit cramped, or something, And I didn’t find fried bacon for the eggs :) I dined at this restaurant - the food is beautiful and tasty, the prices for this level are slightly lower than our Moscow ones, the portions are small . The restaurant is popular, there are many visitors by appointment. On the second evening we had dinner at the Dublin pub (not far from the hotel) - a great place, I don’t advertise it, I recommend it. The parking lot is full, we had to make a couple of circles around the hotel to park the car, there is a constant traffic jam on Bubnova Street, the streets are unclean, the traffic in the city is organized terribly - this is NOT a complaint against the hotel, but since it is located in this chaos - I recommend taking these nuances into account. Overall, I recommend visiting, the holiday was a success."

"Should be the best hotel in the area. There is a restaurant on the first floor, only Russian food. There are few varieties of breakfast, but the taste is not bad. The service staff at the front desk and restaurant do not speak English well, but they are very enthusiastic. About 800 meters from the train station, about 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car. There is a large supermarket next to the train station, and there is a small supermarket about 500 meters opposite the hotel."

"Excellent hotel! I stayed here only one night but only positive impressions remained. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything needed under hand. I would like to mark a delicious and diverse breakfast beautiful beginning of the day."

"We got a recently renovated business grade room with new furniture and a balcony. A small fridge was under the desk and powered off. We didn't need it so we kept it powered off. Medium size electric kettle, cups and spoons were there. Bed and pillow were unremarkable and pretty normal. Curtains ensured not a complete blackout but something very close. Overall everything let me sleep well. Air conditioner also works for heating which was handy for seasons when it's cold outside yet central heating system of the building is not working. Still the air conditioner had to be switched off for night as it was a little noisy. Bedside reading lights were mounted high on the wall and spread light to entire room, did not narrow ray to the reading spot as they usually do for reading purposes. Although the room was rated as "business", it didn't have a safe-box, there was no peephole in the door. Internal latch was not working. It existed on the brass door handle but was in unusable state. I was surprized by absence of the phone set in the room. To call reception I had to use my mobile phone. The bathroom was tiny and strangely didn't have a shelf for toothbrushes. Small soap bars and other toiletries were provided in individually wrapped packages. A bathrobe was already lying on the bed without extra charge. The bathtub and washbowl were just fine, functioned properly without blockage. Still toilet bowl was highly inconveniently positioned very close to the wall. Although I'm not a stout person, I hardly was able to squeeze to the seat. The biggest frustration came with hot water. The hot water tap had to be running for up to 10 minutes to produce suitable temperature. As for the hotel's location, it was very convenient: it's in the center of the city with old pedestrian bridge, promenade area, Ferris wheel and circus. A large shopping mall is nearby with plenty of shops and cafes, city centre is reachable by feet. Parking is available in front of the hotel entrance. However it's limited of lots. Additional lots exists behind gated parking of left side of the hotel. Cafe "Biblioteque" was my choice for evening meal. It is in walking distance."
