Hotel yang sangat bagus dan bersih. Pemandangan indah! Stafnya sangat ramah. Setiap keinginan dipenuhi. Rekomendasi 100 persen!

Hotel indah dan pemandangan menakjubkan! Ruangan itu luas, terang dan lapang, dan kamar mandinya bagus. Satu-satunya negatif adalah bahwa kolam renang ditutup dan kami tidak diberitahu sebelumnya (salah satu alasan kami memilih Loop daripada yang lain adalah karena kolam renang). Selain itu semua orang sangat membantu dan akan merekomendasikan!

酒店房間大+餐廳的視野真的很好，可以遠眺海峽。早餐無功無過，但一邊吃早餐一邊看海峽真是不錯。房間設施也新 有獨立做飯洗衣烘乾的區域，但我都沒用過。要説兩點不好，一個就是入住退房都需要走上百個台階…苦了拖着大行李箱的人了。另外我當時入住的房間，時不時一直有機器轟鳴聲，還挺大的，可能是燃氣自採暖設備的響聲

房間乾淨整潔，設計簡約大氣，但衞生間使用金色裝飾彰顯豪華！餐廳有無敵海景，可以看海峽的日出日落！

酒店隱藏在陡峭的台階中間，尋找起來不太容易，各項設施還健全，但早飯非常一般。

位置很難找，停車困難。設施和早餐相當於國內縣城的小旅館吧。不推薦。

Staf terbaik yang pernah saya temui. sangat ramah, membantu dan menampung. !00% merekomendasikan hotel ini. Setelan tampilan terbaik. Tidak dapat diakses tetapi jika Anda senang menaiki tangga (cukup banyak) maka itu memang permata tersembunyi. Rata-rata sarapan.

The worst hotel ever. They are misleading people with the posted pictures. Poor water in the room. The breakfast is so poor. The rooms are so dirty. I regret coming to this hotel with my family and friends. I do not recommend this hotel. They don’t speak English and they are making fun of the guests in Turkish. So noisy, party all the time with teenagers. The hotel is located in the top and there is so many stairs (105) to climb with your own luggage with no help.

First impressions are awful. The taxi drops you off at the top of a staircase in an insalubrious street where you walk past feral cats and garbage. I argued with the driver that a 4 star hotel must have a street entrance - he was right, there is no vehicular access. We struggled down the steps with our suitcases helped by a friendly local. I had made an error with the booking but Mustafa, the receptionist, was helpful and we sorted it. The first of our four nights was spent on an upper floor in a suite which had probably 16 window blinds incapable of blocking out the afternoon heat. The a/c was ineffective. The view of the Bosphorus, however, was incredible. The next night we moved to a lower room with a similar view but with totally inadequate a/c. In the morning we complained that the night temperature was 27 degrees. When we returned that afternoon we were told the engineer had fixed the a/c. An hour later the temperature was still 27 degrees so they moved us to a third room where we remained for two nights. The temperature never got lower than 23 degrees and then only briefly. Another recent reviewer has described a very disappointing breakfast so I won’t repeat that. As first time Istanbul visitors we sought normal tourist advice. Mustafa, the friendly receptionist, proffered a tour company leaflet. He was unable to be of much help. When asked about tram tickets he explained the use of a smart card - he sold me one for 10 euros only to find that there was no credit on the card. When I later told him he shrugged his shoulders. The manager tried to be helpful and as he realised we were running out of patience he said the hotel would arrange our airport transfer at their cost. That was nice of him. However my wife and I expected to be in a 4 star hotel with normal services including a room with proper a/c and a decent breakfast. This expectation was not fulfilled. This is a poor hotel by any measure.

Comfortable enough, amazing view. It’s quiet since it’s off from main road but probably not suitable for people with mobility issues or heavy suitcases. Breakfast was disappointing, hotel stuff was helpful enough but not 4-5 star hotel standard. Our room was 101, sea view family room. We only needed one double but having a 2 bathroom came out quite handy. Noise: you hear boats, cats, seagulls which are nature of the city. But there was a weird water pipe noise during the night…it was not too loud but quite irritating. Breakfast: only filter coffee or tea, packed cheap fruits juice. More savoury options but they don’t indicate what they are so it’s a bit of challenge. There are only basic fresh fruits, ham and cheese. You can order espresso or cappuccino for an extra cost. Hotel staff: we felt they were doing the minimum job but still helpful when we asked. They were not rude as someone said, but we didn’t speak Turkish. Not sure if it’s worth the money since price spiked during the new years period. But we were happy with our choice.
