I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I had at Ruby Royal hotel, which I had booked through the ******* platform. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations I had for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I encountered an issue with the room I had reserved. Despite having made a reservation for three people, I was denied access to the room as it was initially booked for only two individuals. Consequently, I was left with no choice but to pay an additional fee to secure a suitable accommodation for our party. This unexpected turn of events not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. As a guest, I believe it is of utmost importance for hotels to uphold their commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for their patrons. Nice little hotel, loads of shops and restaurants, very close to train station and a big shopping mall. Check in is very doddgy as they use personal phone to take pic of the passport… thats very unprofessional.

Soft beds, clean linens, very nice staff.

My room was very clean & quiet. The staff was helpful. They let me store luggage before check in time and my stroller when I wasn’t using it. The hotel is located right by the train station, lots of shopping and a private hospital.

Sono venuto qui per una vacanza di 15 giorni. Le stanze sono pulitissime, molto comode e il personale estremamente gentile. İl prezzo è ottimo e la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta perché ben servita da ogni genere di negozio, supermercato, farmacia e ristorante. A due passi ci sono due grandi centri commerciali (Capacity e Carousel) dov'è possibile trovare tutto e la stazione Marmaray con cui potersi spostare facilmente ovunque
