Ulasan Castle Franco Suites

The Castle Franco Suites in Istanbul could be a comfy home away from home. The suites are very clean, chic decor and well thought amenities. The location of the suites is their X-factor… convenient for meal, walking distance to historical places and the train stop almost in front of the suites. The service is good, they go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and their request delivered. Their cafe is a petite comfy room with the warmest hospitality. Recommended for couples and group of friends.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing place to stay. The owner, his wife, and his son were all so nice. They were always looking out for us, asking us if we needed anything inside and outside the hotel. The son always greeted us with smile and made us feel welcomed. The food was generous and really delicious. They provide traditional Turkish platter with different egg dishes everyday. Complimentary bottled water was provided as well. The location is fantastic. It is across from Constatine's column, 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque, 5-10 minutes to the grand bazaar. Lots of food options around and it felt very safe. The tram station is also right outside the hotel. 5/5 you should stay here. It was a heartwarming experience and genuine hospitality.

Everything about this place is perfect. Don't get shocked by the small entrance and reception. We arrived at 2:00 am in the morning and Mr. Mourad welcomed us in a friendly way and even offered food since we will not be able to wake up early for breakfast 😅. The room is very clean and spacious (deluxe). The location is very close to tram and walking distance to a looooot of places. We have a very close supermarket, money exchange places, restaurants, even taxis are everywhere. The room is clean and the service is exquisite. The breakfast is cute and nice prepared by Ms. Areefa. During the day we met Mr. Kevin who is very welcoming and friendly as well. The Hotel staff were like our family, caring and warm. If I am back to Istanbul, that will very my choice to stay

It is difficult to get a friendly staff, a location that is central and I mean central to all attractions, a nice room at an amazing price. Castle Franco checks all the boxes and it is a steal. The hotel is in Sultan Ahmet area and about a 5-10 minute walk to most old city attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Hippodrome and Hagia Sophia. The Tram is literally 50 meters away and you can go to other parts of Istanbul very easy. The owner Murat is just super nice!! He and his staff went out of the way to make life comfy and nice for me, I would definitely go back there!!
