It’s a lovely and cosy hotel. The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. Among the hotel staff, Zehra and Devran were amazing. They were both very attentive, helpful and cheerful. The hotel is located close to two shopping centres and plenty of local restaurants and cafes. It’s a family-friendly hotel. My father and I stayed there during late December 2024. We both enjoyed our time there. The hotel building is newly renovated and is kept clean. The hotel breakfast was very tasty, especially the Sütlaç. The only area for improvement that comes to my mind is to make the rooms more soundproof.

Hotel very clean, beds super comfortable, Staff great, has a bar and restaurant- food very good too Zehra, in Guest Relations I cannot say enough about this wonderful Lady so helpful. Shopping nearby About 40 minutes from airport but all good! Would I come back yes!

Very nice and central location, nice mall and shopping in walking distance, staff are really friendly. Made our stay so much better. There was an initial issue with our room but was very quickly sorted out without any hassle. Erol, Anil, Gul, Hatice and another duty manger were really friendly and always willing to help. This makes so much difference when you are in a foreign land. Overall awesome and highly recommend.

This a very good choice for staying in Istanbul. Hotel location is accessible with both taxi and public transportation. Hotel has a good sea view and is not far from the shore. Hotel staffs are very friendly and professional. They were available all the time for helping guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely good on all aspects of an accommodation , enjoyed the stay and the hotel is close to many shopping area , staffs are extremely courteous , you will be happy with the break fast menu they have , I have stayed for more than 5 days and it was such a pleasant experience

Nice hotel in quiet area with friendly staff very big room and great view! Clean and safe far away from busy centre but can find easy shops or restaurants around easy. But you can enjoy a tasty breakfast at this hotel. I will return for the next trips ! see you next time

The pillows were pretty good, and the temperature was really nice. I had a very good experience. The breakfast was amazing. The food of each day was great, everything tasted good. Good service at the restaurant and at the room. Me and my mom really had a good time.

Lovely stay; arrived after a long flight in the evening and greatly appreciate the warm welcome and efficient check in by Hatice, Bark and Devran. Pleasantly surprised by an upgrade. The suite was very clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely jacuzzi tub.

Great hotel experience. Delicious breakfast, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. One of the best hotels I stayed in. It's a great place if you want to relax at your hotel, not only sleep. I really recommend it to anyone travelling to Istanbul.
