Ulasan Turkuaz Suites Bosphorus

Our stay at Turkuaz Suites was great. We were close to most of the tourist attractiıons while also enjoying the comfort of a home. We will definitely be back!

The suite I stayed in was a Junior 1 Bedroom suite. It is adequate, large, multiple windows and balcony doors that can open up to let the fresh air in. The room is large and spacious, however, there are a couple of things to be aware of. If you plan to work on the table, it is not exactly a working table. The plug points are on the side wall and the chair/table configuration are not meant for working. Also the char does NOT have side arms. Two constant problems with Turkuaz - water bottles (I stayed over over 20 days and water bottle provisioning was always an issue). Secondly, topping up the coffee/sugar bowl again had to remind them. The floor cleaning was an issue, if one walked around the room barefoot, you'd accumulate the dirt and the soles of your feet would be black. The washer/dryer is simple to run (if you don't know how to use it - ask for instructions or download Manual PDF in English). The breakfast is decent, not that I ever had it - it looked decent. The hotel staff is extremely courteous. The internet sucks. Please make alternative arrangements. It just plain sucks. The bathroom is nice and clean, albeit so so so many times, the sink would clog up - just a huge annoyance, and good luck in trying to tell them in Turkish that the sink needs to be plunged. Now a bad value for money for the short stay, but for the long stay this can be expensive. Lots and lots of food delivery places and grocery stores in walking distance (4-10 minutes walk). Tons of cafes and restaurants all around. Is this the best deal in town? Probably not. I'm sure you can get better deals, but you will have to haggle. Most of the time, they will tell you, it is booked or not. It is not. Adequate lighting in the room. Water pressure is decent. AC unit works well. Value for money is decent. Could be 15%-25% cheaper.

First time writing review so I will try to do my best, it was a family trip from 4 adults and 2 childs. Location: It's in small and tight street , the hotel is too small, there's no spa or restaurant or anything just a mini market next to the hotel. However it was quite, you can't hear the noise of the cars and not crowded of course because there is no enough space to be crowded. Suit: the suite is well decorated and feels cozy,rooms are small but I like them, it was clean but it lacks important things, like slippers, additional pillows and cases , also the windows are beautiful but dangerous if you have kids. Bathroom utilities: First, the towels were dirty and worn! Also there was no slippers . The smell of the bathroom is not okay because there's no "outsider" window, AND YOU CAN HEAR THE VOICES OF THE PEOPLE NEXT TO YOUR ROOM! NO SOUND PROOF?!! Trash cans are too small, Bathroom was the most annoying part. Breakfast: I think it comes for free if you book a room, it's okay , but I think they use the same food of the day before some times. The staff were very kind and helpful, with smiley faces. I won't book again because it doesn't worth the price at all , We excepted a better quality. Sorry for my bad review but it's the first time. The worst possible hotel I have ever stayed at. All about taking your money and absolutely no customer service and hospitality is zero. Please do not use this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday. I have been to Turkey 3 times and Istanbul twice. I have travelled alot. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. So many basic things went so wrong, and the hotel just don't care. The tour operator they use is no different, will take your money and no customer service.

This hotel is small enough to offer very personal service. The rooftop suites are not expensive and offer balconies and view of the water. There are great restaurants and shopping just down the hill. A GREAT place to stay in this section of Istanbul

Too much noise from the street. People was screaming from the street which woke us up several times. Bad isolated rooms. Arrogant staff. Bad service. Breakfast doesnt include water they charged me 25 TL

I have recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, besides it’s good location which is at the heart of Besiktas district there are not much pleasant features regarding this hotel. Firstly, the building is getting old and requires immediate renovations. The bathroom is a complete nightmare in which you hardly get to wash your face because the sink tub was becoming like an ocean within just a few drops, moreover, the bathroom was filthy. All the garbage cans were broken, the worst part was the smell, each time we headed back to the hotel we had to open the windows for hours to get rid of the unpleasant odors. Lastly, they asked to charge me for coffee drinks which i did not consume! It felt like a complete mess and it’s not worth the overrated price at all. If you are about to stay at Besiktas then you should definitely look for different options.

I chose the option to pay at the property but they tried to charge me before arrival with full amount and extra charge . When I informed them of this issue they said it's standard credit card checking procedure . Very Shady!

The staff were amazing and helpful and so welcoming. Starting from Miss Selin who made our booking and the manager Mr Serhat they both put all there efforts to make us comfortable during our stay. I recommend them for 5 stars hotel. The hotel is in good location walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and even a hospital for any emergency. There is also many shops within the area. All in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Great place for families and the rooms were clean and neat. Toilets like new and very clean. We felt home even though it was our first time to travel to istanbul. Breakfast is regular but is good. Thank you :)

My sister and I had a splendid time during our stay here at Turkuaz. We stayed in room 501 and the appartement hotel was nice an clean. Breakfast included in our package was pretty good and filling. The staff were all professionals. I had called 2 days or so in advance to arrange for our transportation from the airport and it went well. Overall, we had a great stay and a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend.

Çok keyifli bir deneyimdi! Yılbaşı ruhunu yansıtan detaylarla güne enerjik başlamamak mümkün değil. Kahvaltı dolu dolu , konum merkezi her yere yürüyerek ya da toplu taşımayla kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Odalar geniş ve ferahtı. Bu keyifli seyahat deneyimini tadabildiğimiz için mutluyuz. Her şey için teşekkürler..

Beşiktaş Şairler Parkı'na çok yakın mesafede geniş temiz ve bakımlı bir tesis. Oda içerisinde fırın, bozdolabı, çamaşır makinesi, su ısıtıcı ve ücretsiz kahve mevcuttu. Havanın soğuk olduğu bir dönemde konakladık ve ısınma problemi yaşamadık. Tesis önünde uygunluk olduğundan otopark konusu bize yardımcı oldular. Personel kesinlikle güler yüzlüydü. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.
