We rented 2 room and when I go there and they gived me a room and window was opening to storage I went to change room because I can’t stay there but they want €120 for other room

Location is good near by trum station and Aksaray metro station.Also, convenient for istanbul airport bus. However, room is so old and bathroom smelled sewage. Little scary in hallway because it’s so dark. There is no beverage service such as water, tea and coffee. I’m addition, I didn’t like they keep passport while staying in hotel. That’s not safe and I didn’t want to do it. Every time when I go out, had to stop at the front desk to get it back. Definitely, no return.

Номер при бронировании был указан 15кв, нам дали квадратов на 8-9 (это вместе с ванной)… пришлось просить, потом уже и ругаться чтобы поменяли. Смотря из далека, номер вроде более менее, но если присмотреться - ужас. Простынь грязная, зеркало заляпано, в ванной - душевая отклеивается. Белье сушить не где. Холодильник мало того что грязный, так ещё и не работал. В номере не было ни воды, ни чайника. Лифты тормознутые. Завтраки на столько скудные, что давно не встречала. Ни какова омлета, никаких блинчиков… горячей еды 3 подноса: варенные яйца, картофель фри, и спринг роля сухие. Чуть печенья и какие-то помазки на хлеб. Ещё можно много чего написать, но я всегда говорю - все зависит от цены. Мы платили за 4 ночи 300€, и это тоооочно не стоит этих денег. Если бы цена была 150е - можно закрыть глаза на многое, но 300… а как некоторые платят и больше - хочется плакать.

Good location …Very nice hotel Very nice staf Rooms are very clean ….and fresh Miss serap housekeeper chef is a wonderfull women …. and very carefull about her job …. Reseption is good as well ……

Rude and unhelpful staff, particularly in reception and the lobby bar with one or two exceptions. Spent 15 minutes trying to get a drink at the bar, not even acknowledged by the night receptionist who was behind the bar making himself a drink, gave up after 15 minutes! Did not feel at all welcome at all. The photos really flatter this hotel, it is very tired and in need of a refurb. The bathroom in particular was bad with peeling wallpaper and corrosion on the shower screen. The room was very small with almost nowhere to put clothes, it was fairly clean, though. The hotel is noisy both inside and in the locality with people shouting and banging doors all through the night. I felt safe when out on the streets all through Istanbul, not so much in the hotel.

The hotel is in good location, everything was fine but indoor swimming pool was very small and tbh not even comfortable and the disgusting part was that ladies (who sits there all the time and offers massage to everyone) didn’t let us go to the pool unless we paid them 5 euros for each swimming cap. We had to buy those cheap made plastic caps (which was not worth even $0.99) to go inside the pool. I think the hotel must provide those caps for free. Other than that we enjoyed our 4 nights trip. Thanks for drop off service, car was very clean & nice and Murad was very friendly.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at, booked 3 rooms in total, got given what they said was a double room but it was so small I could not even fully open their wardrobe doors. Window was broken somewhat just hanging off the the top hinge, it was only the bottom hinge keeping it still on. Got spa treatments here for hammam and body massage which hurt when being massaged to the point the next day I saw my leg was bruised. While lying naked on the bed not fully covered another staff member enters without knocking leaving the door open for other people to look in. Then left not fully closing the door. Paid £70 for hammam and massage but when trying to query the prices the lady kept changing her story. All she kept saying is I’ll do you a better package deal but was trying to charge me more thinking I would not notice. When booking it’s advertised free hammam but the catch is it’s only free if you do it yourself and they will provide the gloves needed. Not worth booking this hotel. Breakfast bar is supped to be open between a certain time yet when they feel like it they close it off earlier than what they’re supposed to.

Good place for a short vocation in the city

I made a reservation through booking at this hotel, I said that we would arrive in the morning and they didn't want to give the room until 12:00!! good, we wanted to pay for another room by 12 o'clock, but before we see one room. I was very upset at the way the room was presented, dirty, not cleaned. not to mention the bathroom in the reception. they refused to give me the money back on the reservation, I couldn't stay in that hotel, the people from booking even to this day they haven't solved anything and they don't want to take measures either.

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping/tourist area. Close to the tramway station. Rooms are not equipped as shown. The fridge in the room had a lot of ice and barely fit 1 bottle of water. The elevators are very small. only can fit 2 ppl with 2 pieces of luggage. If you have more, you must make a few trips to bring all of your staff. The restaurant is not open as advertised. No one picked up the phone when I was going to order some food. Breakfast is the same every day. Food doesn't have any indication of what is that. The common things like vegetables are fine, but salads? Or hot food? That needs to be improved especially for international customers. The pool is very small and slippery.
