隔音不太好，可以聽見隔壁電視聲。而且浴缸很臟很臟，不開不知道，一開嚇一跳，全都是各種臟東西、毛髮…… 唯一比較好的可能是有個泳池，可以看到一點海景……不太值這個價錢

Çok tatlı minnoş bir otel temizliği de çok iyi

rooms small only double beds for pairs(they dont tell you that at the reservation)towels were missing.the guy at the reception not friendly,breakfast nothing special,they have a swimming pool for summer,no elevator only stairs,no lobby to sit.walking distance to ship harbor and center even though you have to walk uphill for 5 minutes to reach the hotel.

The room looked onto the street and was small and strangely configured, which meant that we could barely open our bags to unpack. Generally, the room was not that clean and was showing wear and tear (e.g. one wardrobe handle had fallen off and not been replaced). The AC was good - very powerful. The shower was small but fine. The breakfast was OK. Service wasn't great - we asked for help with a taxi boat leaving the island (for an early flight) and the chap at reception basically told us to go down to the pier because he couldn't help us. We wouldn't return.

We enjoyed our stay in Buyukada and the hotel. I have given a low rating as it was too expensive for what we got. The property is tired in places and looks shabby and for the price we paid I would not expect that. The breakfast was adequate but could have fruit options added. Having said that we did have a great stay and slept well. We enjoyed the pool but this shut at 6 which was a bit early for us as it would have been good to have a swim and relax there after retuning from the beach. The island is beautiful

This is a great cozy place to enjoy your stay in Buyukada, feels very comfy, the people around have positive vibes… it is clean and like a royal house aim to get the terrace or one of the rooms facing the pool.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but I'd only cautiously recommend the hotel. It was off season and raining, so the pool wasn't available. I wish we could've been given a heads up, or offered a cheaper room, given we wouldn't make any use of the balcony. Future guests: I'd check with the hotel prior to booking to ensure you're getting the full experience. Other pieces of improvement: - The wifi was barely working in our room. - The refrigerator in our room was somehow hot (!) so we couldn't keep items cold. We ended up keeping items in the balcony. - We couldn't customize the temperature in the room. - The phone was dead, so we could not contact the front desk or dial restaurants in the area. - The breakfast was a little bit of a letdown. Instant coffee, no water available. What I did like about the hotel was that it was quiet, conveniently located, and I'm sure a magnificent place to stay during warmer seasons.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Buyukada and I have stayed at a few. I really love how this hotel is quite to the city center, yet is on a clean and quite part of the neighborhood. This location gives you the best of both world's you are at the quite area of Nizam which has all the mansions and very quiet and serene place .. yet it is very close from all the shops, restaurants and the buzzy area around the harbor. I loved the whitish vibe of this place and the overall area. It feels very cheerful and matches what I expect from a vacation destination.

The hotel had a homely welcoming atmosphere and swimming pool was wonderful. It would have been nice to be able to get more information about the Island from the staff.

Jakuzi’de su akıtma problemi vardı. Odanın bir kısmı ıslandığı için odanın yarısı ıslak kalıyordu. Ayrıca otel terlikleri çok kötü ve kaygan olduğu için kayıp düşüyorduk. Bunun dışında ekstra istediğimiz terlik ve battaniye için yardımcı oldular.

Otelin binası, konumu, olanakları şahane. Ölü sezonda gittiğimiz için de huzurlu, sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Sıcak su küvetli odada kaldık, genişlik, olanaklar, balkon, manzara çok iyiydi. Ancak temizlik konusunda aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Küvet iyi temizlenmemişti - ki bu odada en önem verilmesi gereken şey. Odanın yerleri de benzer şekilde. Kahvaltıda ise seçenekler kısıtlıydı, maliyeti pek değiştirmeden misafirleri daha memnun edecek bir kahvaltı sunmak mümkün diye düşünüyoruz.
