Nice boutique hotel but a real mix match hospitality wise Guys on reception were lovely friendly and helpful Girls on breakfast were surly and unhelpful Spent more time on phone Final insult was getting charged for every cup of tea I had over 4 breakfasts without being told they were chargeable ( lepton tea bags ) Emailed hotel to complain but not reply

Value for price. The hotel is conveniently located in Sisli, a few steps away from public transport (metro, buses), shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Nonetheless, it is nestled in a quiet street so, you have no noise disturbance at all.
I felt safe traveling as a woman traveling alone for business. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.
I had the fortune of being upgraded and the room with the terrace was beau-ti-ful. Many thanks for all the kind the service - will be coming back when in Istanbul.

The hotel was wonderful. Very-Very clean. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Also hotel personnel was very friendly and specially administrator has help us with any queries and issues. Hotel located in the center of Istanbul. Just 15min walk to the Metro station Osmanbay.I have checked a lot of hotels in Istanbul but chosen this hotel because it is very comfortable. Lampa is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. My partner and I originally booked one week here and ended up staying for almost a month. The staff were exceptional and so welcoming they almost felt like family by the end. The room itself is spacious with all you need to store luggage, clothes, a mini fridge, TV and has an artistic design. The bathroom was big and we were lucky enough to have a premium room so had a jacuzzi tub and big shower. A great feature after a long day. Breakfast is served in a great location which can also be used as a work space thorough out the day with tea and coffee available. The area is perfect with absolutely everything you need within walking distance. A huge mall, restaurants, markets and great bars. While there’s plenty to do in the area, our road has a very welcoming and neighbourhood vibe. Lastly, if you’re a cat lover you won’t be disappointed! Highly, highly recommended.

Whilst the staff are friendly and polite, the rooms make the stay unpleasant. Small, dark and somewhat depressing with small shower area. If you are looking for a bit more space look elsewhere. Location is also on a hilly backstreet so be careful if you have mobility issues

The staff have been so nice.
But the design of the bathroom is not that great. When you take a shower, you will realize that the water hits right at the middle of the door where it is not properly sealed. The water finds and out and will make the area wet. This is a design issue though so I would assume it is up to the renovation company to fix it.
