Хороший отель. Замечательное расположение, чисто, удобные кровати, вкусные завтраки. Номер был не большой, но в него приходили только спать, поэтому вполне терпимо. Уборка ежедневно. Так же пополнение водой и тапочками. Приятное впечатление от отеля

Смешанное чувство осталось после проживания. Локация отеля- огонь. Рядом Галатская башня, улица Истиклярь, много кафе/ресторанов, где можно уютно посидеть и поесть. Но вот сервис 😬🤦♀️ мальчики на ресепшене улыбчивые, всегда готовы помочь, но уборка просто ужас. Лучше бы вообще не заходила в номер. В первый день забрала все тапочки, на следующий день халат. Но кульминация- пижаму. В итоге мне ее нашли, принесли мокрую, мятую. У меня такое впервые. Причем никаких извинений не последовало. Отопление в номере практически не работало. Просили несколько раз это исправить. Всегда с улыбкой принимали заявку и все. Помещение для завтрака вообще без отопления. Вообщем если важна только локация, то смело можно отдыхать в этом отеле.

前台服務態度很爛，不耐心且態度敷衍（這是在入住第一天就感受到的）我們入住前在大廳等了二十分鐘才有人帶我們去到房間，房間很小一個且窗外毫無風景可言。 我們走樓梯將手機不慎摔碎，是由於保潔在用肥皂水清掃樓梯時沒有放置任何標誌，樓梯又是歐式建築那種較高的台階，且瓷磚很滑很滑。除了手機摔碎還有皮外傷，在這種情況下嘗試與酒店協商半個月也沒有得到賠償。我們從在酒店的第一天就試圖維權，與manager取得聯繫，但前台踢皮球、一拖再拖，酒店的whatsapp也打不通電話，更沒有manager主動聯繫我們。最後我們的賠償是下次住房八折😅我想問誰還會來。這種沒出事還好出了事完全不管的酒店，我建議所有外國人都不要來住。得不到平等對待的。 且這個酒店位置在很大的坡上，離獨立大街比較近去老城區要爬上爬下。酒店室內空間小，燈光昏暗，浴室漏水，房間服務兩份便當（圖2）甚至收我們1000里拉。同樣的價位完全可以去更好的酒店。

Удобное месторасположение отеля, до метро примерно минуты 3, прекрасные сотрудники на ресепшен!!! хорошая уборка номера. Из минусов: в туалете появлялся запах канализации (ночью), днем не чувствовался, утром было неприятно заходить в туалетную комнату. Кровать для двоих мала, и в длину и в ширину, помещение для завтрака требует ремонта

We had a great welcoming from Usuf as we stepped in Merrodi hotel Istanbul. Good advices and help were given from the reception during our stay. We don’t know for now when we could come back to Istanbul, but for sure, this have been quite a travelling experience that will remain memorable . Thank you for that.

I had a great time in Istanbul, especially, in Meroddi Bagdatliyan hotel and everything is well-organized, clean and convenient to walk through the Galata tower. Receptionist was so kind, friendly and lovely. Breakfast is tasty as well. Overall, I suggest to guests to stay in this hotel))).

Wow a brilliant stay, rooms were comfortable, especially with 4 children service was outstanding Mr Ibrahim and Enes were outstanding the made us feel at home, I would say this is our second home thank you so much for looking after me and my family we will be back again and definetly back here. 👌👌👌👌👌🤝🤝🤝🤝❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is great, we were in an apartment with a view to Galata tower. beautiful turlish breakfasts but the best of all is the staff that is extremely helpful. We deffinitelly recommend! Thanks to the whole team who made our stay perfect. We will 100% be back!

Literally the best stay in the best hotel! We had a super nice room and the best workers there. Especially Enes! He is the best! Also the location is very nice. Tram and metro are very near. Enes explained everything super good and helped us with all our questions. We had a blast!

The breakfast is absolutely one of the best parts about staying in your hotel. The people working in the hotel are very nice and super helpful. They always greet us with a smile and they always answer our questions. Whenever we needed something they came in to help.

I highly recommend this hotel . Thanks to the Meroddi Hotel , they made our trip memorable. First, receptionist men kindly Mr Ufuk suggested us to change our room into a bigger room free of charge. The clean service lady Mrs Shenai perfectly clean the room each day, we stayed there for 8 nights without any problem. Also, the internet was so great . About the stuff I should say that, they are so expert, friendly always behaved respectfully and warm. Specially miss Aysude, mr Umit and Asaf if you want something they provided as soon as possible. In our plan breakfast was included, that was so delicious, fresh with great options each day differently. The last night miss Aysude on behalf of the guests elections groups of the hotel had a special surprise for us she provided a nice meal for us that made them us so happy and great.
